Hi,

Excellent planning.

Thanks for sharing.

The Real Michelle Obama

Mrs. Michelle Obama is a woman who represents all of us in america of today. She to me is what the late Mrs. Jackie Kennedy was in her day, time and era for our country. A woman with grace, character, lover of good and sound family values.

She is one who seeks not to compete with her husband but is willing to stand with and by her husband's side and this is what america needs and has been needing for a very long time....A breath of fresh air.

From a first lady to a first lady,,,,stand by your man because I'm standing and supporting mine.

So, YOU GO GIRL!

Where are the feminists in the Democratic party

I am shocked to see this bitterness and constant news bashing of John Mccains VP pick. I thoght we were a party who wanted women to be escalated to the highest office. Now we are standing back and watching this women be drug through the mud by the media. I feel more and more the democratic party is leaving the heart of America. I for one would rather focus on what this obviously intelligent woman can do for our Country than hear all day long that her husband was cited with a DUI in his youth. Remember our Presidential Candidate tampered in his youth with Cocaine, which I would think would be more worrisome than the VP nominees husband DUI in 1986!!! I know Katie Couric and Brian Williams have to be sooo exhausted from campaigning for Barak and they may not be thinking straight, but they are turning alot of us off with their retoric, not to mention the Newspapers. I guess our party is just not ready for any woman to lead. What a pity!!!

ayers

The caliber of responses reflect the ignorance of the Obama supporters. It is clear that have a limited educational background and speak of Obama as if he is the messiah. How dare you put His in capitals when referring to this man. Only God,(which deserves a capital G) should warrant the pronoun His. This man is nothing more than a celebrity who can con the masses. You will all eat your words should he win. Be prepared!

no fear

have no fear, what will be will be, we know the republicans want to put doubt and fear in everybody but we need to stand firm and stedfast and belief in god and the american dream.john mccain think by lying and smearing them all on tv makes him look hornable but they only makes him look like 4 more years of the same old same old.john mccain wants only to be president so he can dictate to the world,we are tired of bullies like him, thats why we need a wise leader who who get america back its respect from around the world and here at home, everything bill clinton builded up bush tore down because he thought whatever he said goes no matter what, thats when we lost our respect from other countries because he thought he was only to be heard, and not listen to what people had to say thats the way john mccain will be,quit to pull the trigger and ask questions later. vote for a smart intellegent diplomatic person,OBAMA!

Bloggers are news?

This article cites bloggers as if they are authorities on something. They are not. Anyone can blog anything. Bad, bad journalism.

Michelle thanks for speaking in that manner. It was a speech that saw us at the very basis of our life and exposes the very values of life.It was of sublime simplicity and character, for we cannot run without crawling. that is what I think Michelle was saying. Family values first, in the lines of upbringing and education and God fearing will manifest in the growth of the nation and bigger ideas and knowledge will be put to birth. In that was the aspect of spontanuity and natural poise. There was no artificial display and it brought us to the forefront of what essentially is our search in life which is getting connected to our very source of supply which is God. For no man can make family and no man can separate God from His inheritance if we acknowledge that. I saw you start with the gifts of life and ended with your eyes on more supply for the future in the area of health by stating your fathers case.Michelle make sure you look onto God the source of all wisdom and understanding.Walk in full confidence and trust that the Lord has done it. Hard work in the areas of consistency, seeking the good of others, trusting in what God has given you first, receiving the support of others with meekness and making the best of all but clinging to God. We are shifting from our natural values and clinging to some kind of micro waves values but as good as it is we still have to go back to every family unit and start the work and I saw it start with your family in that speech. I like the way you saw your husband through those preparatory stages and your speech brought out the essence of the work of dealing with people at home and that fragrance will then spread abroad. A happy family builds up a happy nation. Most people who go astray starts from the family. There is a decoration on you from God to search for the way out and you nail it from your approach in your speech. These advancements will come as a result of your working hard no doubt about that and asking for divine enablement. I wish you God's guidance and pray that your eyes be open to see more and more base on the needs of every day created by man quest for more. Keep loving your husband and the nation as you mentioned and let love not take a step out of your heart, for it is the greatest motivation

in life. You are blessed to have such a husband who loves his country so much and it is shown over him and exposes His intention when he becomes president.

Want to actually know what's true??

If you really want the non-partisan truth check out either one or both of these two sites:

politifact.com

snopes.com

Those of you that claim you know the truth... check it out and see if you really do. The site lists all its sources.

I'm sure though that the ones that find their "truth" was wrong will find ways to say these sites are bogus. They are not bogus and they are non-partisan.

Michelle Obama

Class, poise and eloquence are representative of our next First Lady! Thank you Michelle Obama for delivering a passionate key note speech, on the first night of the Democratic National Convention. I could not think of a better person to kick off this inspiring week. You make us proud to be Americans and you make us proud to know that you will be representing us as the next First Lady. Our next President, Barack Obama, will need you by his side and I thank you for being a woman of strength and support, that balances the man who is blessed with the ability to run our country. God bless you all!

Justice Dept needs to investigate false allegations

Bring It On you foolish conservatives. Obama has done nothing and can prove it or he wouldn't be filing suit. Right back in your face comes what dirt you are putting out there.

By Tom Davis

Seven lessons the parties need to learn from Tuesday's races.

The 2009 off-year elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York's 23d Congressional District offer a small snapshot of the current views and motivations of the American electorate. While there may be a desire to extrapolate the events of Nov. 3, 2009 into a prediction of what will happen on Nov. 2, 2010, that is impossible.
