economic crisis

George W. Bush is directly responsible for the economic crisis we are undergoing. It is my firm opinion that all ex-government officials should not be granted the benefits after leaving office. They should have to join the job market like the rest of the US citizens.

She needs to get out of office

Bush had to live with the Carter Community Reinvestment Act and other such poor credit handouts. Clinton's reinterpreted version of it. And it falls on it's face during Bushes watch.

Pelsoi has common ground with Obama. If it's bad for America it's good blaming ammunition to sling at Republicans.

But she is just too reckless with her office.

Bush and Pelosi

On Pelosi:

I asked one of my Democrat friends today to name ONE thing that Pelosi has accomplished. He couldn't. She talks a good story, but I don't see anything come of it. And I don't blame her lack of progress on Bush. She is simply ineffective as a leader.

On Bush:

He is simply an embarrasment to the United States. I can't fathom how someone so incompetent could make it into the White House. His dad, on the other hand was savvy and knew how to run a country.

I'm independent and my attitude is put the best person in office to get the job done. Right now, it seems all we have are crooks, good 'ole boys, and incompetents in the government, each who want to maintain their status quo.

And before we start crowing about the great progress in Iraq, take a step back and look at the disaster of an economy that we currently have. Don't take my word for it - check your 401K and see if there is any money left in it. Seems we are so one-dimensional these days, we can only focus on one problem at a time. Oh yeah, not to worry. Bush recently said the economy is "solid".

Is Nancy Pelosi Correct in Calling President George W. Bush a 'Total Failure?'

I'm saddened and very disappointed that someone in Ms. Pelosi's position would ever make such a statement to anyone, much less the press. Yes we as Americans have freedom of speech, but fortunately, my parents taught me to respect those in authority, even Nancy Pelosi, so I would never call her names or say she is a failure, it seems like for everyone else, ones actions and record speaks for itself. So either she is very misinformed or just simply playing politics or letting her own problems take over when she speaks. I'm an American patriot, who has been living off and on in a foreign county for almost 5 years, and can only see this kind of behavior as very detrimental to my position as a foreigner and our country's credibility overseas. Please Ms. Pelosi, try to learn how to voice your opinions of things in a more productive manner for all concerned, including the congress you have been chosen, by the people, to oversee.

nancy pelosi...

just adjourned congress without passing an energy bill. there 9% rating is terrible. SHE IS THE FAILURE!!! Her excuse is blaming republicans for continuing Bush policies but BOTH PARTIES MAJORITY SEE ENERGY BILL AS CRUCIAL ISSUE TO THEIR VOTERS. She is the worst threat to America from within, and that move is another blatant awakenening to that fact. WAKE UP PEOPLE! SHE IS THE FAILURE ON YOUR TAX MONEY! SHE WOULDN'T EVEN BRING UP A VOTE ON THE BILL!

Nancy Pelosi remarks

What an embarisment to all Americans.Pelosi is a mindless hate monger who is way over her head as Speaker of the House.I do not believe she is capeable of making a point. Compare her to Condi Rice.I believe she spends more time with her Phyical changes than she spends thinkeng about America.

What Bush and Obama have in common

I can understand but don't totally agree with Pelosi on Bush being a total failure - look at his position on Helpign Africa with Aids.

However, I would say Bush and Obama have one thing in common both have big egos.

One other thing, one should not assume if Obama is elected President and the Democrats run Senate and Congree that all will be well and there will be cooperation. Not so sure when the key power playes like Pelosi, Obama etc have big egos.

Bus as total failure

Pres. Bush is doing a great job keeping America safe. He is NOT a total failure. Nancy Pelosi and her left leaning Dems are the TOTAL FAILURE>

Is Bush a total failure in the eyes of the world?

Has an American who now lives in Thailand after 11 years working in Saudi Arabia I've had the chance to go around the world 4 times. While I've never been ashamed to be an American, I've often found myself at a lose for words at the barrage of anti Bush feelings I've encountered! It's hard to believe any one person could be so universally disliked a dislike which often borders on hate even with those who don't actually know much about him. The vehemence that I'm often questioned about him used to catch me by surprise but has its continued unabated and he's done so little that I could defend him with, I gradually just fall into silence and nod my head in aggreement has he is blamed for most of the worlds (not just the US's!) woes. I long for the bygone days when I was questioned about Bill Clinton who was so well respected every where I went and because he seemed to always be doing something to redeem himself so that talking politics was a pleasure worldwide which really gave me insight into what others think of us. Now if I can I try not to ever bring up the subject of politics. I can only hope that Obama? brings back the pride I used to enjoy in explaining our positions on the various worlds stages!

Nancy Pelosi's remark about Geogre Bush being a total failure

If Nancy Pelosi wants to see a "total failure" are she has to do is look in the mirror.
