Public Opinion: Is Barack Obama or John McCain a Worse Flip-Flopper?

Barack Obama says he supports public funding of campaigns and pledged to work out a deal with his GOP rival for staying in the matching funds system, but last week he announced that he was going to skip the public funding system. John McCain was against offshore oil drilling and then last week was for it. These and other issues have led critics to lambaste the two candidates as being hopeless flip-floppers.
