External conditions imposed on the educa- tional system and the system itself made it impossible for us to produce significant changes, and we also knew that small changes were worthless. ,

Ghani for president

I see little support for Karzai from within the young Afghan group. Corruption within the government ranks is rampant, including Karzai's own brother, who is well know as the biggest drug lord in Kandahar. I think Ghani is taking the right steps, but I truly hope, for the sake of the Afghans and Afghanistan that Mr. Ghani wins.

Vote for Ghani!

Ghani Is the Only Credible Candidate

Afghanistan needs a government that has credibility and support among Afghans and with international community. Karzai has neither. I think Ashraf Ghani is the only candidate who has both. Karzai’s recent dealing with former notorious warlords is alarming. If Karzai wins, Afghans will become more demoralized. It would be a downward spiral. Afghans resentment towards Kabul government and its foreign backers will grow. It will be very hard for Afghans to prepare themselves for another five years of a leader whose failure and corruption is well-known.
