Does a country fail because you say so?
I commend you for the article. However I wish to point out that some of your statements are superficial and lack any legs. How do you define "a failed state"? I felt offended to hear that Burundi is a failed-state. As far as I know, Burundi is not a failed-state. Your analysis is far from reality, you use mis-guided analysis from mis-informed pundits. Correct me if I am wrong!
