More recently, New York University announced it would build a campus on Saadiyat. The school won't accept full-time students until 2010, but NYU President John Sexton is planning to lead the first course at a temporary facility this September. His topic is an unexpected but telling choice for a course being taught in the heart of the Middle East: the U.S. Supreme Court and the separation of church and state.
