GO AHEAD, FORCE ME!

If I'm forced to get health insurance, I will choose jail time instead of paying a fine. Insurance companies place bets on people. Would you place a bet on someone with a pre-existing condition? Get real people, it's all risk / reward. If you can't afford private health insurance, maybe you should save your money and stop spending it on vacations and joy-riding in your expensive car that you should not have purchased.

Unbelieveable greed and hypocrisy

How can Republicans be so greedy? Under Bush they spent like drunken sailors after their 2 tax cuts. That put the country deeply into debt, mostly to the Chinese. So they have zero room to criticize, especially on financial grounds! You don't stop the flow of money into the piggy bank, break it open, spend everything it contained and then criticize your neighbor's monetary plans. To do so is sick, greedy, and hypocritical beyond belief. Either replace the money you lost or shut up!

Now along comes the Dems wanting to do something good for people, you know, like the Good Samaritan. Remember the story? And the Republicans won't lift a pinkie to help. Actually worse than the condemned Pharisees of Jesus' day.

Disgusting!

Support by AARP on-off-on again

How much was promised to the AARP by big pharma and this administration. They dare to say they represent SENIORS. I cancelled my membership a while back and encourage all seniors to do the same. Phonies all.

Bravo!

I only wish that Republicans would get over this "win at all cost" attitude, and join in this debate.

It seems that they would rather destroy our country in order to make our president look bad...

This isn't about wining, or is it?

As for Rupert Murdock, and his "Faux News", lets' send him back to Australia where he can corrupt his own country.

And please....if you can't be honest enough to write your real name on this forum, don't participate....

Lying Bob of NC

The AMA has only provided "conditional support", which it has hinted could be withdrawn at anytime if certain measures are not put in place regarding physician's Medicare payments.

Get your facts straight before spewing garbage all over the internet.

Radicals

AARP and the AMA support the Health Insurance Reform Bill?? They mus be extremist Socialists who want the Government to run every aspect of our lives!!!!!

Oh wait, you can't get anymore mainstream than these two groups. Maybe Republicans have driven themselves mad listening to their own ideological, Murdoch/Moonie fueled, demons.
