The last entry of this discussion was about the SALT Treaty of nuclear reduction. The following are some extremely intelligent ideas dreamed up by Ex-Soviet Dictator Mikhail Gorbachev which should also be implemented by Medvedev:
(1) Gorbachev makes sure his name sake Michael Jackson could receive address in Russia so that Mikhail can regain his power and live in that address.
(2) Didn't believe in the possible success of Reaganomic because Gorbachev thought Reagan was just acting.
(3) "Tear down that (Berlin) Wall!" so that Russian tanks could roll into West Berlin.
(4) Endorsed the SALT Treaty thinking it was just a requisition for condiments. As a result all his nuclear missiles were destroyed.
(5) Tatooed his own forehead with the map of the Philippines Islands thinking that could make that nation unite with the Soviet Union.
(6) Put Boris Yeltsin on top of his military tanks thinking that could make (Bor)is Yelt(sin) confessed to his (sin)s and a(bor)t his Revolution.
(7) Invited Osama bin Laden to his Opium smoking party in Afghanistan because he thought whoever has a name starting with an "O" could increase his opium production there.
(8) Invited Barack Obama to swim with him at his Black Sea resort so that no one could see or rescue Obama when he was drowning.
(9) Supported Soviet boycott of the Los Angeles Olympic anticipating earthquakes would destroy California. It would certainly save him money by not using nuclear missiles.
(10) Replace Russian Black Market with his own "Free Market" to put African-American spy network in the Soviet Union out of business. Or is it really a "Flea Market"?
(11) Gorbachev thought China were only cups and dishes for drinking and eating. He was perfectly comfortable when China was rising and even enjoyed it thinking it was an act in the "Mary Poppins" movie.
(12) He released nuclear radiation from the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant to kill off pests roaming in the surrounding cities. Too high a dose of radiation have caused increase mutations to those pests. Their bodies have increased 1000 times in size. As a result, local residents were all being devoured by giant cock roaches and Mikhal Mouse.
Scalp burn worse than publicized
Recent TV of Jackson had him saying the burn caused lasting pain. Maybe he needed pain-relievers for that. It seems Pepsi made a settlement for the injury and Jackson gave the money for a burn treatment center. "Black and White" was a wonderful video, with its message and the amazing morphing of faces.

What do expect a media savy & shrewd politcian to say?He sensed that liberals were trying to brand him as a racist -simply because of his disdain for quotas/affirmative action.He was astute enough to ride the crest of the Bache reverse dicrimination ruling & subsequant fallout into a successful Presidential bid in 1980. Back when FBI chief J.Edgar (bless his pointy little head) Hoover had hours of very graphic audio of the Rev.Martin Luther King, recordig his many motel room trysts as he "ministered" to the lovliest female members of his flock-it did'nt hurt LBJ's deniability to be photographed with King .So don't read too much into Reagans obligatory & politically motivated get well note to Jackson. In the final analysis it was just old fashioned good manners...with the cameras rolling.
