Your opinion of "The only reason for banning abortion is to force women to bear ongoing generations of tithers" is without grounds.

The bible tells us (believers) that we are to tithe 10% of our earnings. The Lord uses this to support the church, missions, people in need including the hungry, etc. The bible also tells us to give to Ceasar (our government). The Federal Government takes far more than 10%, and is always hungry for more. And by the way, it supports abortion! The government will have ongoing generations of abortions without the tithers assistance or support!

Loving the Liberal in aura dawn

Despite the offensive nature of aura dawn veirs, I remain adamantly anti-abortion. Not necessarily pro-life, I say, but still anti-abortion. I can't say euthanasia is as admirable as the Youth in Asia, but most "left-wing ultra-liberal nut jobs" obviously know more than I do.

Despite aura dawn's tendency to reject the notion of God given spirit of life, I have tremendous respect for her. In point of fact, without respect for aura dawn and her purported self-perception of the importance of her own existence, I would be robbed of the great joy of reading her blathering comments laced with sheer stupidity!

It is a parasitic leftover from before 1776 .

Love is easy to recognize:

Hitler's actions were not of any religious group from God. Sin is not from God. Hitlers action were not love and therefore not of God. What Hitler did was not love for God or his neighbor. Hitler was spreading hate and therefore was against God.

The rumours of Adolph Hitler's Jewish ancestry (Frankenberger) centre on the paternity of his father, Alois Hitler.

The stories that Hitler's paternal grandfather was Jewish first appeared in Paris before the Second World War. Hitler's cousin had tried to borrow money from him to finance his gambling habit and had been rejected. In revenge he broke the story to the media.

As the story was now in the public domain, Hitler's SS instituted an investigation of these rumours and declared them to be false and without any foundation whatsoever (as was really to be expected).

The truth is that what Hitler and his people did was neither Christian nor Catholic. What he did was to spread hate. What he did went against all the examples of Jesus. It is simple, what he did was NOT to Love God and Love Your Neighbor as yourself. He told us that the greatest commandment was to Love God and Love our neighbor as ourself. Jesus came to testify to the truth. That is why the truth is so important.

The world is a good place filled with many loving people who want to cause no harm to others. There is also hate in the world that can not be ignored. Seeking the truth sometimes turns up many things that shake a person but the truth should be shared (love or hate). Hilter and the truth about what he was doing is a good example of hate. That hate needed to be exposed. As soon as the hate was exposed to the turth, the world stopped the hate. When hate is exposed (telling truth even when it is ugly), people will stand up for what is right. When hate is hidden then it will grow. Expose hate to the light of truth. Love overcomes hate and history proves it.

My daughter is also 20 years old this year. She is my oldest child. I continue to remind her that love will overcome hate and it takes many people to stand up and tell the truth.

Continue to seek the truth, speak the truth, share the truth, and encourage others to speak the truth. Ask them if it is the truth or an opinion. Ask for the facts and research the data.

Take your talents and each day help make the world a better place.

Please take the love in your heart and make a difference in the world. Expose the hate to the light of truth. Share the love of the world to brighten the world. It only took one person in many cases to make a tremendous changes in the world. Have faith that you can help make the world a better place.

Enough, and my mom agrees!

I've been watching this crazy argument evolve. I'm not Catholic and I'm not exactly pro-life. I can't say the 1973 Roe v. Wade was the most well thought out argument, but I wasn't even born and I am watching the Sotomayor hearings. I'm not a lawyer like the last commenter, but I didn't just fall off a turnip truck, either. Once thing that seems obvious is that aura dawn weir of california needs to get back on her medication. Some argument over the existence of God should not put this commenter on such an emotional bender. I did know that all of these Nazi's were Catholic, and I don't care. I had to look up the disgusting stuff they did. Gross is gross.

The stuff about raping and carving is insane and really nutty, and just because someone believes in God or thinks abortion is not the best alternative or even a great industry doesn't make them guilty of genocide. Sometimes I think it's the other way around. Mary doens't agree with aura, and neither makes complete sense, but how does believing that God gives and takes life constitute a death threat? If Mary knows as much as she claims to, she should go pray or something, because it's obvious she got under aura's skin, and the whole thing turned out offensive.

aura is tangential and confused in her writing and Zyprexa has been known to help. Making fun of the mentally ill is nasty, and Hitler did it according to these reports. Two wrongs don't make a right. Then again, aura is acting like some sort of unwanted fetus that can't believe death, like shi# happens. Thanks for bringing in a whole lot of negative stuff after the meeting of the president and the pope.

Now, leave it alone, and quit putting up upsetting comments about fetuses and genocide. I'm only twenty years old, and I have my whole life ahead of me.

Mary, Queen of Typos

Catholic schooling was a "God send for moi". Miracles happen every day, and the study of science at Georgetown University afforded me an opportunity to understand the miracles of conception, embryonic development, fetal formation and birth. Occasionally, I have been guilty of the grievous sin of committing a typo.

End of life issues were also integral to my practice of pediatric nursing. Children with cancer, AIDS, Cystic Fibrosis were often the most trying. No matter how difficult these issues were for me, I knew they were more painful for my patients. The most difficult patient I ever provided care and services for was an adolescent at Psychiatric Institute. He had violently raped his two young siblings. He wore and army jacket with swastikas, numbers and racial epithets. This was Jewish Hospital, and they simply didn't believe in demonic possession or the resurrection. They considered his offensive attire a manifestation of the first amendment. This patient, a sociopath, prophesied things that have come to fruition. These events are connected with an argument over the abortion issue in Boston in 1989 and subsequently the development of weapons of mass destruction. Yes, folks, that included chemical and biological weaponry. In 1979, a group of Jewish psychiatrists and therapists knew to "hate" their patient, an incurable sociopath. Mental Health workers, not as well educated, black men, from the Anacostia section of DC warned me about him. Quote: "Do you know who he is?". They knew to hate their patient. Then again, if you don't have a healthy respect for the devil, he's coming for you first.

I have a Master's Degree from Boston College in Child Psychology, and a law degree from Harvard University. I studied bioethics at the Kennedy Institute of Biothethics and have "held my own" in medical ethics arguments with some of the most renowned physicians in the Washington metropolitan area. This includes the abortion argument. I can argue both the pro and anti-abortion arguments. Because the anti-abortion argument is my best argument, we still have a planet to stand on. Then again, abortion, no matter what your opinion, truly remains in the hands of Alpha and Omega. The study of God, and His great works brought me hours of great joy. The omnipresent existence of "the bandit" indeed will drive one to distraction. I am well aware of the existence of human evil. I've seen it, battled it, and on occasion, with the grace of Alpha and Omega, defeated it.

Considering classified information to which I am privvy, and what I know, we still have a planet to stand on. That's proof enough of the Love of God.
