The border security

How bad does it have to get before we put REAL immigration enforced laws on the books? Why do we continually talk about Amnesty for illegals while the desirable wait there turn by following proper rules of the law! Calif spends almost $5 billion a year for illegal support. They are on section 8 housing using there born here childs social security card for employment.

Recently the 5 test passport applications flew through processing with a 55 year old person using a young childs social security number. How will we keep another 911 from happening by the present situation not handled correctly?

Guns in Mexico

I watched 60 minutes on Sunday March 1, 2009. I was very supprised to see that the guns used by the drug cartels are all from the United States. Why can't this be stoped. It seems to me that stoping the guns will help to stop the killing.

Sincerely,

new postion

I want to know what you are going to do about the illegals in Arizona? I recently moved to Mesa into a nice gated community. To my shock and horror, I have heard gun shots 4 different times in four months. Not only were there gun shots, but people were killed just 2 blocks away. A police officer had his life threatened when he pulled over a minivan and the driver banked to purposely kill the officer.

These were all illegals. What in God's name are you doing to protect American citizens? And how can I help?

Sincerely

Janet Napolitano

I enjoyed reading about her life and career. She will make a great Homeland secretary. Tough remark Ed Rendell made about this class lady. I guess he just got his foot stuck in his mouth. We all do that sometimes.

Its good to read the bio for Gov. Janet Napolitano. I wanted to know her family background and what lead her into politics.

correction

There is a Santa Clara University

Correction

Gov. Napolitano graduated from Santa Clara University, a private Jesuit college located in Santa Clara, CA (heart of Silicon Valley). There is no "University of California-Santa Clara."
