Cheney says so

He is having a successful year because Cheney tells him that he is having a successful year.

Redemption

I surely hope that the transparency the Bush promised but failed to deliver in any aspect of his presidency with the exception of bravado is finally revealed so hat the American people can see the utter failure it was to have him at the helm of our nation!

Great Job to Dennis Kucinich who stood up two weeks ago and tried to introduce legislation for Bush's impeachment. It's much too late to expect Congress to do anything this reactionary with the elections coming up but it would seem America is moving closer and closer towards a tipping point where only reactionary are the solution. Surely we are not there yet but we must see that America is wobbling right now and given our nature from the past we must do as we always have and move forward. It is time to move forward in our attempt to form a more perfect union. We must all listen and then immerse ourselves to improving what we can in our lives and our communities. Sorry about the preaching!!!

Bush needs to be charged with war crimes

This idiot can't put two words together. Oh wait. Yes he can. "I'm the decider!"

What a moron. And Rebecca - I'm from Texas too. The left is trying to save the lives of our military men and women sent into harm's way for no damn good reason. None. Well, except the oil of course. What's 4100 American lives and OVER 100,000 Iraqi lives if we can control the oil? And why is he against the Pentagon sending in special forces to get Bin Laden?? Oh yes - he is against it! You know why? Bin Laden is a patsy. He wasn't the mastermind. If we catch him, he might tell us all that. Sick. Sad. Good riddance, Mr. Bush. I hope we see you at the Hague.

Old Fashioned Justice

Why Bush and his cronies haven't been dragged out and flogged is astonishing.

"We have seen the enemy, and he is us".

Lame Duck Bush

These quotes sound like those coming from the Fuehrerbunker in 1945.

WH needs to lay off drugs

Please, Bush, stay relevant. Obama would love nothing more than for you to campaign your heart out for McCain

Raise your hand if you need more propaganda

After the water came out of my nose from laughter, I couldn't help but post something. A 23% approval rating for the President last time I checked. Okay this piece says 29%, but what's six points when you're well less than a third of the population?

Obviously, a shill piece of propaganda for a completely irrelevant, lame duck President. Here's to hoping he takes a vacation for the next six months and does us no further harm. And if this is such a great proclamation from the White House, why the anonymity? Because it's so blatantly a lie? Come clean already for what this is, propaganda for a miserable last leg of a miserable presidency.

Seriously, some posters have already said it, but if George Bush were to show his face in my town, well, the SCOTUS decision on the second amendment would come in handy.

There's probably less apathy because the population is more worried about rising food costs, gas costs, home heating oil costs, healthcare costs, job losses, retirement savings, and a presidential election. We're not so much worried about the rat running along the baseboards when there are more important things to worry about in the kitchen.

Bush's Popularity

Are they smoking crack in the WH?

Antipathy

He may very well be seeing less antipathy. Its kindof like the guy at your company that has screwed up all the sales accounts or something, and is now resigning to go to another opportunity. Sure things were hot under the collar when he was staying, but as soon as you know he's leaving, its just a countdown to d-day.

With the campaign going on, Bush just isn't as relevant because his days are numbered.

Bush popularity

Laughable. Just because congress hasn't the stones to stand up for itself and doesn't have the plurality necessary to make more noise, translating that into growing popularity of Bonzo is quite a leap of faith. Who sez they didn't inhale.
