Rule #1. While our constitution may say the USA, we did not build, or even win the revolutionary war ourselves. We had help from other countries. We also had our ideology based not just on ourselves, but based on something that had happened just a few years earlier, THE FRENCH REVOLUTION. If you don't believe me, check your history.
Rule #2. As our world becomes more and more technologically savvy, distance becomes smaller and smaller. We do not live in a domestic marketplace, but a global one. When other countries do not like you they impose an ever increasing number of economic sanctions. This in turn makes world trade a lot rougher, lowering profits on exports as well as increasing cost of imports. Our current president has shown that he does not understand this concept at all. I might be wrong, but i think the fact that our national deficit has grown exponentially more during his reign of fear in such a way as never before, I may have a point. Our global economic prowess has been dwindling while China and the EU have continued to grow. Quick question, When's the last time that the value of our dollar has been lower than Canada's...it is right now.
Rule #3. National Security is extremely important, and is interrelated with both Foreign AND Economic Policy. If we live in a global marketplace, we need to realize that if we do not act peacefully and coordinate with other nations, our economy will continue to bottom out. If we have no money, how are we supposed to afford to fund the military in such a way as we do now? The fact is that we will not be able to, and if we don't have an effective military we will not be able to keep our nation secure.
You my friend is not an ugly American. You are what many foreign people call a perfect example of a Stupid American. It is easy to be as short sighted as you in the face of fear. You see, Florida has definitely grown wiser over the past four years, and was not able to steal the election for the republicans like in 2000 (not 04). Unfortunately, I see that not everyone in Florida has grown wiser.

It's easy....do you want another Neville Chamberlain (Obama) or a War Hero (McCain). Appeasement has NEVER won a war! Why the hell should we worry about what Europeans feel about us? Do they vote in our elections? We, as Americans, are the only ones that should be worried about OUR nation's security. Who the hell cares if they call us Cowboys?! The Constitution says "We the people of the United States of America" (tell me where in the friggin Constitution where it says we need to make sure other people like us or we need to seek their approval to do anything that concerns our national security.) I tell you...sometimes we just need to tell those countrys that want to control our national security to KISS OUR UNCLE SAM, RED, WHITE, AND BLUE A**!!!

We must be strong on national security
While we look to our leaders to be strong on national security we need look no further than the mirror to see who must ultimately be the strength behind our own security. Say what they might why do you think there is no AlQueda presence in Israel? Does anyone really think large countries such has Russia or China wish to engage in a nuclear war with Israel, of course they don't for the same reason arab countries haven't been able to join forces to get rid of their sworn enemies the Israeli's! The Israel's have kept their eyes open, unlike us they nrealize the world is a dangerous place and they are all together to guarantee their security, they are willing to do whatever it takes to dothis and the rest of the world knows it. By not being united behind our leaders when it comes to our own safety more and more countries(venezuela) and small groups are willing to stand up to us and rub our noses in it, knowing that our devisivness will not allow us to do whatever it takes to guarantee our own security.And until we stand firm behind our leaders and show our willingness to do what it takes, PC be damned we will continue to have lack of respect (and or fear) has more and more of the world will continue to test us. "Walk softly and carry a big stick " is more than just a saying!

And, by popular agreement of the United Nations of the World, the World would be happier and safer with Israel transformed into star dust in Holocaust III.
Israel’s net negative value is derived from its arsenal of 150 nuclear missiles, and notorious Marxist practice of systematically inciting people to hate and kill one another, nationally and inter-nationally, over cunningly fabricated irreconcilable economic or religious differences. Familiar historical examples are the catastrophically disastrous Russian, German, and Spanish Marxist revolutions; and most recently, the American unprovoked illegal bombing and occupation of Iraq, which sacrificed over a trillion dollars and 4,000 lives for the sole benefit of Israel.
Now, Israel and its supporting Diaspora are notoriously engaged in fanatically desperate propaganda efforts to provoke total war between the patriotic Christian American and Muslim Iranian peoples. But they are failing to incite enough fear and hatred to start a war, because of increasingly popular recognition that they are the common enemy of Iran and these nuclear superpowers.
The Israeli People, from their long exposure to European democratic and Christian culture, know perfectly well the moral and ethical rules that they must inevitably follow to secure their own survival. Every injustice that they have committed against their neighbors, in killing innocent civilians and robbing them of their infrastructure and land, must be fully addressed with apologies and monetary compensation. All of the incessant wailing, ranting, propaganda, extortion, and bribery by the universally condemned People of Israel are to no avail. Inevitably, Nemesis shall have her just retribution upon Israel, dead or alive.

Colon Powell did admit he was used by Bush. That is why he resigned. The next president will need to lookback at history. The Middle East is only peaceful under tyrants like Saddam. History has shown us only the strong rule. ADo we really want to be the conquers. Lets cut our losses like in Vietnam. We couldn't win there either but look at them now.
