Facing national security threats

I believe that most americans are aware that there are still serious national security threats. In my opinion, most of the worlds citizens are honorable people that are concerned about their fellow citizens. I also believe that the vast majority of those honorable citizens understand that there are a few radical extremists that are determined to spread their religious beliefs with bombs and swords. It is those radical extremists that must be stopped before they continue to poison the minds of their young in another generation to carry out their violent, uncivilized, and barbaric acts. The american people must be communicated with adequately so that they understand the need for different security measures that must continue to be implemented and upheld. Some of those measures can be an inconvenience to each of us as citizens, however I believe when people understand the importance of those measures and the role they play in keeping the nation secure they are willing to make the necessary sacrifices or deal with the inconveniences. I also believe it is of utmost importance to continue to build relationships throughout the international community and stand together as nations united against those radical extremists that seek to control others through their barbaric acts and radical threats. A free and democratic nation such as the USA does not maintain a strong military so that they can be arrogant within the international community, but they maintain a strong military so that they can uphold democracy and help defend allies against violent extremists.

TWO CENTS WORTH

How do we fix Washington when we keep electing the same corrupt politicians. Both Hillbillary and the old man need to find new jobs!!!

CHANGE SHMANGE

The world has been missing an is still in need of that SHINING LIGHT ON THE HILL.america is capable ofmounting that hill again with competent leadership and a united and focused citizenry on the goals of restoring demoracy here at home and reestablish our values abroad.

National Security

Ideally our 'National Security" emanates from 'trusting in God' ("In God We Trust").

However, we now have 'trust issues' because 'unbridled and ruthless' corporate activities (In the middle-east) have enraged other nations whom we have 'invaded' under the pretense of 'establishing democracy' when what we are 'really' doing is expanding our markets and seizing oil fields.

As a nation we no longer can "Trust in God" ("In God We Trust") because we have placed our 'trust' in Juda$ (as a metaphor).

Without integrity and honor the phrase "National Security" is nothing more than an oxymoron.

America has become the 'global bully on the block'. Our governing principles have become a transparent veneer revealing the ruthless of unbridled capitalism.

Do a 'reality check' and check your bank balance. The abuses are not only happening abroad (untempered by law) but also, here at home.

Our 'democracy' has been hijacked by Big Business. We need to 'take back' Washington.

.

ON THE NEXT PRESIDENT

I THINK OBAMA REPRESENT WHAT I THINK WILL BE THE NEW AMERICA THAT THE WORLD CANNOT WAIT TO SEE.HIS MESSAGE OF CHANGE SAYS IT ALL.

THE WORLD NEEDS AN AMERICA WITH A DIFFERENT MIND SET,OTHER THAN THE FOREIGN POLICY RECKLESS ADMINISTRATION OF GEORGE W BUSH.
