Bush's failed presidency

On what would he be judged positively?

No attacks since 9-11? Big deal. There were no attacks between 1993 and 2001; that's also 8 years. He has already criticized the Clinton presidency for not doing enough to combat terrorism, but in an equal amount of time, he's done only the same - failed to catch Bin Laden. At least Clinton did it without spying on American citizens, starting and bungling an illegal war, and using torture as SOP. What a hypocrite, a laughingstock, and all who voted for him should be ashamed.

A failed presidency

I agree, Bush is a totaly failed president. Yes worse than Jimmy Carter. Carter was just weak and incompetant, but his heart was in the right place. Bush is to put it plain, a criminal, and would love to see him tried in an Internation tribunal for crimes against humanity violating borders of soveign nations to start with. He is an enemy of the constitution. I guess one explanation is that his brain is feeling the after affects of being soaked in booze for so many years.

Well at least regime change is coming, and to that I say Adieu to Mr Bush, the most miserable cretin to walk the earth.

The Failed Presidency of G. W. Bush

As a deaf lover of History where I had majored in this very subject

for my B. A. degree from Gallaudet University ( deaf liberal college in Washington, D. C.), I have looked at and read many articles about this President , G. W. Bush.

I have decided that, because of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars to the

Enron Mess to the now simmering , hot issue of the " Economical

Bail - out " Plan today, all these different crises along during the awful eight years of his Presidency , WILL RANK him as the LOWEST and LEAST successful President in Modern American History, period. I think America made a mistake in electing this guy to run this country; he put his head in the sand like an ostrich, cried "wolf" about the M W D business in Iraq only to find " dud " missiles without the required chemistry or bio-weaponry; had spent wasted billions of dollars for these two wars continuing now against terrorism which are a pretty vague plan to begin with the

in - famous hunt for Osama Bin Laden. Oh by the way, where the hell is Osama Bin Laden ! ?

George W. Bush will rank on the bottom of the totem pole where

his name will be ONLY above the name of the Civil War ex - general

Ulysses S. Grant. Both these men have received the grade of an " F "

because they did not how to run the business of this country and

had depended on the advices of so many lousy advisers who knew

nothing of what they were talking about the economics. These policies of economics were failures. No wonder many greedy bankers

had practiced many bad business ethics; and therefore, are responsible for the horrible Enron and Wall Street messes.

No wonder the American people ARE suffering now where there are

not enough money LEFT to support the Social Security program, to

support the elderly and disabled people, and to support the

hard working class of Americans on the farms and factories.

Too many jobs are being out-sourced in foreign countries, instead of

creating American jobs HERE ! Plus the issue of the immigrant aliens

are creating economic difficulties because they are using OUR

support systems where WE DO really need them ! IF I were President,

I would have put back on the traditional economic American policies

with good American nonsensical and really good common sense and

really good business ethics ! ! That is why President Bush is really

a failure !

Mr. Bush, a.k.a. boy doing a man' s job

I was intrigued at White House Press sec'y's comment that Mr.Bush believes that he will be judged "fairly" after he's dead!

How lame is that as a defense of a failed administration? Sadly,

Mr. Bush will go down in history as Dick Cheney's VP, a pawn of the neocons.

Despite the improbability of my request, I would like to ask

Mr. Bush how he deals with the fact that with him at the helm, our

country has lost its global integrity and respectability - to say nothing of our economic stature. Unfortunately, his lack of credibility within the global community has affected us all. Doesn't he know that world leaders and the educated populace view him as a marionette, a bureaucratic pawn who despite his MBA is not educated and has little grasp of

history. Sad, real sad!

Our President's legacy...

I believe before you can write off someone in leadership you must first remember events and how others would have handled them. Then you need to review following events and weigh how those were addressed at the time they were occurring so that you can see how you might have responded differently. It's too easy just to sit back and look behind you second guessing how someone responded. If you really believe in your position then go ahead and propose how best to travel into the future so we can all sit back and review your actions. Leadership is a rough road and a really good leader goes forward regardless of what detractors are yelling.

Bush's Failed Presidency

Unfortunately for Bush, most people in the world have judged him and it isn't pretty. This incompetent, selfish, self centered man and his incompetent with malice vice president have done great harm to America. My hope is that no great harm will be caused by Bush/Cheney in the time left before we see the last of them. These two are very scary people.
