Obama's wasteful use of airplane

When the President does it, then it's not wasteful?? Why doesn't he make use of HIS modern technology and let the MEDIA do his legwork for him? I just don't understand how we can be hurting as much as we are and he's flying all over the place just to make a speech that could've been covered as well in numerous other ways. Twitter, don't flitter!!!

Flyover Chaos?

Planes fly over NY all the time. Sounds to me like a bunch a crying over nothing, well okay 329,000 is a bit much for a photo op. I suppose the prez will be driving to Camp David on his next trip to help keep costs down. Come on, D.C. is all about wasteful spending. Oh, and Adam, I kind-of like La. Bayou Country!!

Publicity stunt? Do they need publicity?

It isn't even a good picture. The statue is tiny and the background looks like a Louisiana bayou. All the money wasted on a picture that wasn't needed. All the chaos and fear caused by the planes flying around over New York. Wasn't there one adult in the White House who could have realized this was a bad idea?

Airforce One flyover picture

That's a great picture that was planned with no common sense. Visit my website for some really great pictures of Manhattan. I took that picture of the World Trade Center buildings in 1996 off the back of the Staten Island Ferry with a common Kodak disposable camera:

Dumb , meet even Dumber

Propoganda Minister Axelrod, Take a page from history. If you are going to do something Really stupid-don't take your camera. Just ask the Germans.LOL

Dumb,meet Dumber

Dear Propaganda Minister Axlerod,Take a page from history .If you're going to do something really stupid-leave the camera at home !As proof, the WWII SS Deaths Head Divisions penchant for taking "home movies".

Just another $329,000 wasted by an idiotic government employee

It's bad enough that New Yorkers were thoughtlessly frightened, but the real crime was the ridiculous waste of $329,000 which is so typical of government employees. Louis Caldera clearly was thoughtless and was rightfully dismissed. Perhaps his replacement will be a little more creative and the next time the Whitehouse needs photos of Airforce One he will simply use a digital photo editor to do the job for a lot less money.

Democrat mistake would be Republican crucifixion

If this had been perpetrated by a Republican, he would have been crucified but instead Louis Caldera took all of the heat when there is no way that Obama did not know this was happening. This was another way of impressing his celbrity status and since he eternally campaigning, he getting ready for 2012 but when it went wrong, it becomes another 20 years of Jeremiah Wright that he just seems not to know anything about. This man is teflon with so many blind sheep following that Jesus would be envious.
