We will never be able to beleive anything hs says, Trust is the hardest thing to earn when you miss use it. Thanks for allowing me to make this statement. Walter

false high ratings

most politicians and normal people, know the conciqunces of bad mouthing, a minority,,especially one in public office,, even tho it puts a country in danger of being ruled by guys like, mugumby, castro, edi amein,,casa boo boo, stalin,,gastapo,,,brown shirts, and even the nations of islam,,in a free country,it is not the governments responsibility to baby sit,for those that overproduce their own kind,,or come here illegally

Always Blaming ex_President Bush

Amen, Congress never admits that they have made bad choices, and it was a DEMOCRATIC, congress that was in the majority during ex- President Bush's reign. I am not saying that He didn't make mistakes, but I am saying that Congress needs to admit to their faults in the decision making that led to the fall of the economy.

Congress

"Those who sit on swivel chairs tend to live remote from the consequences of the decisions they make" - quoting Matthew Crawford.

What ticks me off is that Congress never accepts any blame for their bad legislation that allowed this sub-prime condition to exist. They never think any laws through nor do they punish those who are not doing their job of overseeing govt. projects.

It's high time we got past the donkey and elephant stage and understand that Congress is only working to bring home the pork so they can continue to get funds from big business to keep their jobs in DC. So vote for the little person with a small campaign chest as he is not beholding to big business or some union.

haven'you done enough?

you the republican party made this mess we are in, and now you want to destroy the man thats smarter than the entire republican party. what will be enough for you? you don't care for the elderly, you give less than a dime for the poor, you want the babies to come into the world, but refuse to give them a dime after they get here. hypocrites in their wildest form!

are your brains in its proper place?

most american people sit on their brains, so when they have a thought process, its coming from their rear, instead of their head. how in hell can you expect any one to take on a big pile of sh-t like Bush and his administration left, and ask even a magician to fix it in four months. where is the thought process? you guess it its in their rear end, they can sit on their A__ and expect great thing from others, but won't and probaly can't do anything to solve the problem themselves, most of us americans have no vision, thats why they can only think sitting down, it promote's brain activity. america cry for general motors to go bankrupt, without even thinking about all the jobs that will be lost, and the very money you think you are saving by not bailing them out, will cost the govt.ten times the amount it would cost them to bail them out, where do you think the unemployed will go? to the unemployment office! who you think will pay the pension plan money to the retirees? their pension are guaranteed by the govt. the money to let GM fail most of you don't have a clue the impact its going to have on your silly A-- there is part plants and many employees! there is battery plants and its employees! there is GMC and its many employees, you just don't have a clue! most of you listen to republican's Guffaws, and a child can tell you that if they had a brain we would not be in the deep sh-t we are in today.end of story!

Thoughts for the Day

Years ago, I was given a caveat by a very erudite and thoughtful mentor that "solutions to a problem always seem so obvious and easy to those who do not truly understand the problem!"... and unfortunately with so many of our government's current policy decisions and government interventions being "pushed through so quickly"; I wonder if these decisions are made under the premise of "just doing something quickly to just to do something" - to appease the masses.

I am concerned that our government and our political leaders are all working hard to meet the "needs of Americans" whose current day needs and wants will only ultimately jeopardize our country's future.

obama

have not seen the effects of the stimulus money what a big waste of our children's furture! wait till 2010 when we see our taxes go up. no new job's as of yet to be had! many people are hurting.more men going to war.way to many intitlements. this will be the thing that bring's this country down!i could go on and on.maybe i live in a diffrent world then the goverment? obama is no diffrent from the rest. just his color!

This country needs centrist elected officials

60% of this great country is centrist, including the many that consider themselves moderate Republicans. That leaves 20% on the far left and 20% on the far right, where the PAC money is drawn, as well as the zealots and bigots. Anyone who doesn't support this President this early in his presidency is a clear fringe zealot, and should be ignored politically, just like the country is starting to ignore Fox, Dick, and Druggie. The reason the far right is so loud and obnoxious is because they KNOW deep in their hearts that their day is nearly over, that nobody cares or is listening, and that they will be FORCED to move where the majority of the PEOPLE want them to go. They have to compromise their staunch beliefs, lose the support of zealots paying the tab for their ride, and let other people dictate how they vote, or be accountable to the people. That scares the living DAYLIGHT out of them. Notice the handful of zealots speaking far right now are NOT elected officials. It is about time. It is OUR time. The center's time! The people's time. It is the only good thing that came from the dark ages of Dubya.
