Who Do You Think Are the Winners (and Losers) in the Recession?
The recession is hurting many families and companies across the country, but there are a few bright spots.
We've identified 10 industries that are clearly benefiting from the recession and 10 more industries that seem to be riding out the recession with aplomb.
We've also revealed 10 industries that were long believed to be "recession-proof" but have proven to be about as reliable as an asset-backed security.
Who else do you think is a recession winner? And who are the biggest recession losers?

Laughable!
I find your comment laughable about how the Dollar has strengthened. Just the opposite has occured and you know it. That is why gold is climbing at such an incredible rate. The dollar is revealing itself to be worthless and someone is going to be holding alot of paper when all is said and done. With the scams being produced to cause even greater debt to the public in America, it is a wonder we have lasted this long as the worlds currency reserve. Look at the lie of global warming. In 1942 and 1943 the Canadiens sent a patrol boat through the Northwest passage back and forth patroling for German U-boats. Look up the St. Roch if you don't believe it. No ice to break in the North. The same happened in 1958 and 1959. Open water at the North pole. Now all of a sudden it is "Global Warming"? The problem is too many dummies like the poster auradawn viers of CA or Raymond Powell of GA. Uninformed would be saying it kindly to these idiots. When you take by force from those that have it to give it to those who dont, it ceases to be charity and makes the endeavor an exercise of theft. Stealing is always stealing and when the well runs dry you end up with a country like Russia, Cuba or Mexico. It is no wonder we have immigration problems from these and other socialistic countries.

Recession Weiners....
Well, of course, the winners are going to be our corporate masters. Welfare for people is a "bad" thing, it's socialism at it's worst - however - welfare for corporations is a "good" thing but don't you dare call it socialism! Here's one of my favorite quotes from one of the wealthiest people on the planet, Warren Buffett. “There's class warfare, all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that's making war, and we're winning.”
