IC integration under current policies and personnel is a pipe dream
It'll NEVER happen.......the IC does not have the intestinal fortitude to put someone in the EEO spot to DEMAND top-down change(and accountability) to it's age-old hiring practices that guarantee color-free and "breastless" personnel at senior levels. Mike McConnel vowed to change this very thing (IC homogenity) that threatens our national security and look how far he got----still just as many bald, non-color heads sitting around the table when he left as when he came. Salute and wink indeed. Good luck MS Taylor.....you'll need it.
