Another liberal pro homosexual judge who gets rid of a law based on her own view.
I grew up in foster homes and know of not one child who wanted to fathers or two mothers.
Sickening that the homosexual agenda will now affect kids, I have seen in MA where two men bought a child, used the child as a trophy and 4 years later the child is all messed up, doing no good at school, hates his two fathers and runs away often.
Hopefully the supreme court rules on this and throws her liberal views out as they have no place on the bench.
As for someone saying the younger folks are coming around to homosexuals, then don't count on it. Not my 5 kids are not and neither are all of their friends.
The problem with homosexuals is that they live in their perverted circle.
You like sex with the same sex, find keep it in the bedroom where no one cares but when you come out in public thinking you should be accepted then you have more and more people realising at just how radical your agenda is.
No where does it state in the constitution that two people of the same sex have a RIGHT to MARRY each other.
If any of them actually thought about it then they would know deep down that our founding fathers would have not agreed with their sexual perversion either.
For the record I am not religious and do not care about religion as most of the people I know.
So sad for the kids to be used as pawns to have homosexuals think they are normal.
Nature intended a man and a woman to have kids ,raise kids.
The usual name calling by the 3% of you is old and boring now it does not work , more and more of this country are speaking out and the majority do not buy your agenda
Go back to MA or the north east where you will be accepted as you will never be down here
Gay Adoption
I never understood how the state and the goverment will take my tax money, send a gay man or women to war, but will not let gay people adopt or have the same rights as everyone else that pays taxes and goes to war for our country. I hope our new President keeps his promises and gives everyone the same rights because we are all human beings and under our constitution we a created equal.,no matter our race,gender or who we choose to love.

Sodomy *is* supported by evolution; it occurs in almost all mammals. If you're too stupid to figure out how homosexual animals reproduce, go stare at an ant colony; only about 100 out of the thousands of ants have sex at all and they're doing just fine.
It is funny to have a member of the family values crowd cite their misunderstanding of evolution as a reason for homophobia given how they keep trying to keep it from being taught in the schools.
As for the rest of the anti gay adoption law it boils down to "Gays should not adopt kids, because it is dangerous for the kids, since Christians keep throwing stones at Gays."
Social experiment
Sodomy is not supported by evolution obviously, so would you like to debate this on religious grounds? The state may approve of something but as history shows, the state is rarely right and neither is this judge. I am however willing to allow freedoms even though I disagree with the principle. Are you willing to allow me freedom to state my disaproval?

I know that as more of the younger generation reach voting age, bigoted laws against homosexuals will end. But I wish it wasn't taking so long! Children without families need families, and would certainly be better off with loving gay parents than with no family at all. Even an idiot could work out THAT much logic on their own. Of course one's sexual orientation should be irrelevant in decisions such as this, but even a bigot should be glad to see an abused child find a safe, loving, adoptive home! Unless, of course, they are a child-abusing bigot. There do seem to be a lot of THOSE out there.

Step Forward To Full Equality
Anita Bryant swept into Florida spewing her homophobic rhetoric and succeeded in amending our states constitution to strip the same equal rights from GLBT citizens. Thank God, it not still 1977 and these antiquated laws are getting a second look. Judges are now realizing that equal protection under the law should apply to all citizens, not just some. The majority solely based on their religious belief, should no longer be allowed to dictate laws to deny benefits, protections and rights on a minority. The days of separate water fountains, forcing people to ride in the back of the bus, marriage between people of different races and a woman's right to vote are over. Our society as a whole, has made great strides forward, bigotry, discrimination and prejudice no longer have place in today's society.
The great country of America, prides itself on it's citizens Freedom, Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness, Equal Justice and Protections under the law for all Citizens. Our countries leaders demand and pressure other countries into providing all it citizens their equal human rights. Yet there remains a segment of our citizens who are still denied these basic principles, justice and protections.
Judges who rule based solely on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, they're called radical activist judges. By those who would govern by religion, which violates our founding fathers principle of Separation of Church and State. It give us hope more judges ignore religious pressure to dictate laws and rights on others by their beliefs. But, instead follow the path of equal protection under the law for all citizens.

Please do your homework on child abuse. The vast majority of child abuse is perpetrated by straight men against children within their own family relations and indiscriminate of the sex of the child. It is about abuse of power and authority.
