State Budgets and CEO

Government budgets at all levels are in trouble. Some are not so bad. Some are very bad indeed, like California. So what is the bottom line? All taxes are going up, at least until we pay the creditors. The candidates can talk about changing the tax structure, but if they say they will lower taxes, you better start paying attention, because at best, they are fudging, at worst, they are lying.

AIG executives need a stern talking to by the majority stock holder. I believe that is Government now. The hunting trips to England and other extravagant travel expenses should stop, or somebody needs to go.

cut in pay for CEO's and others that have caused this.

We need to start at the top, instead of cutting the healthcare or jobs, we need our goverment to step up to the plate along with the ones that caused this problem to take a cut in pay. The CEO's of the large companies can afford to take a cut in pay.
