nation building and the US Constitution

Could some please tell me exactly where "nation building" is refered to in the US Constitution. I have heard so many people refer to this from both sides that I need to see for myself what exactly the Constition says on the matter.

REGARDING THE ARMY MANUAL AND NATION BUILDING

ONE OF MY FATHERS DUTIES WHILE IN SERVED IN THE ARMY DURING WWII WAS TO HELP IN POST WAR EFFORTS. HE WAS ASSIGNED TO HELP IN POST WAR JAPAN. HE WAS IN THE ARMY ENGINEERING CORP. THE DUTIES OF A SOLDIER ARE VARYED AND HE MUST BE PREPARED TO SERVE ACCORDING TO ARMY REGULATIONS. I'M PROUD OF MY FATHERS HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS. HE WAS A GOOD SOLDIER (GOD REST HIS SOUL).

Have you even READ the Constitution?!?

Sorry, US Army, but The US Constitution expressly states that all nations we conquer must have a republican form of democracy established there upon our efforts, not any government that suits us and oppresses the people.

Also, The Army has no right to state that nation-building is as important as the war itself or to advocate extreme foreign intervention and imperialism.

Read the Constitution, US Army.
