Can anyone tell me how I can find out how many Dems/Reps Justices there are??
What is the job of a Justice?
Last time I checked, the job of a justice was to make decisions based on the constition, not dictate his or her own personal views. It seems to me that instead they are trying to enforce their own MORAL beliefs. That is not their job nor will it ever be, unless they run for an ELECTED office. Until they learn their roles, they will continue to make heinous decisions like the Dread Scott case, and Roe V. Wade.
