Cracking Down on Border Crossers
Immigrants are now prosecuted instead of just sent home

illeal aliens in the U.S., it's not that I don't agree with you, but I firmly believe, the liberal approach to illegal immigration will never be taken away. I thought about this one day and I realized, the leftist, liberal, Democratic ideas, have so inundated this society, so preverted the law that the task of stopping illegal immigration is going to be near impossible for all kinds of reasons. Liberal lawyers, liberal judges, open borders Republicans, open borders liberals, leftist college professors teaching students unethically that illegals can enter this nation and must be given rights, churches advocating for illegals in order to increase donations., etc. Liberal Democrats led by folks like Nancy Pelosi and Ted
Kennedy will destroy this nation domestically as the Republican neo-cons will destroy it internationally. Just my opinion.
illegal aliens in the U.S.
The only thing that illegals are going to understand is when the all-liberal approach to illegal immigration (IE "If you make it here, you can make it ANYwhere!") is totally done away with and when the Federal and state laws against employers hiring illegals, against illegals working under the table, against document fraud, against free-in state tuition for illegals, against each illegal being given a hearing and trial unless waived by the criminal, against aiding and abetting, against illegals driving with a license, against being in the U.S. illegally ARE FINALLY AND SYSTEMATICALLY ENFORCED!!!!! Getting "mushy" with illegals--letting some stay in the U.S. "for humanitarian reason" instead of simply deporting the skanks--is what is perpetuating the problem. We CANNOT give an inch or they'll take a mile...
RE Cracking Down on Border Crossers
You forgot to mension that a primary side effect of securing particular parts of the border has the illegal drug trade routes to take other routes with the side effect of illegal drug mafias over more than the last 12 months doing about 200 murders per month in Mexico to seize and use these new routes into the country.
RE Cracking Down on Border Crossers
The "Great Wall Of China" is precedent solution to a redundant problem? Solution redundant too? By how many decades or centuries? We are all more stupid than our U.S. Fed (who is more stupid?)?
What we all seem to miss is the quality of life versus politics of U.S. Fed (government) willingness to do expected or required work. Suppose by treaty, that all aliens always paid a "country of origin entry fee" to pay for that cost overhead (like a get out of jail fine), and, "bonded for own recognizance" (like a bond to get out of jail) to enter the U.S. (and by illegal entry that bond is automatically placed against that country of origin as a 'liquidated' national debt and that system always ran 24-7) and the associated cost of aliens was in the cost of the bond (like obtaining car insurance, this is visit foreign power cost) and a country of origin entry fee to pay for that cost overhead. Result, some countries pay you to visit, some charge you to visit, or somewhere in between. Why should we U.S. citizens pay costs for what is not our fault? Why should the citizens (subjects, other name) have to pay any cost for any alien? Emergency medical,
medical, education, police, INS, other cost (used by the Fed to bankrupt state and local governments and bring them to their knees as beggars of money from the U.S. Fed). We now have a Fed that can not even do visas (in a timely manner) for U.S. citizens? Fed self fulfilling prophecy? What are your thoughts?
Oddly enough
Oddly enough, her mother who is a citizen should have lost her status for aiding and abetting an illegal alien. Chances are, that she too at one time was an illegal alien. Until ICE starts going after these enablers, including churches and not-for-profit-organizations, the parody won't end.
Toss the the 31-year-old's mom in jail, strip her of her citizenship and make her a legal resident with no chance of citizenship ever again. If she does something similar again, then strip her of her residency and send her back to her country of origin. Strip any organization of their tax-exempt status if they are aiding and abetting illegal immigration and you'll see that these oases of impunity will dry up.
If we treated the bulk of our illegals in the same way that they treat their illegals, we'd never have to worry about illegal immigration from Mexico. Last week there was a ruckus because some shmoe took pictures of Mexico's military beating up central-american illegals in the state of Oaxaca. They also, presumably, raped two women and unencumbered all the detainees of any currency in exchange for their liberty... Imagine if we had the military on the border, or if anyone raped an illegal alien, let alone whop them with a baton? Then there are the immigration stations where detained immigrants may go without water or food for more than a day... adn in Napoleonic code Mexico, you'd be guilty until proven inocent and illegal immigration carries a mandatory two year sentence in a Mexican jail... Yes, imagine if we treated Mexicans the same way they treat their illegals?
Put them all together and send them to work putting in the border wall. Let's make it one of those 20 foot tall Concrete noise barriers so popular along interstates.
responsibility
"She is not sure how to come back, a predicament Sandoval finds all the more unfair because "she was sitting in jail there when she should never have been in jail to begin with."
The young woman in this case and her U.S. citizen parent had roughly 31 years to get this young woman's paper work taken care of, and to make sure she got citizenship or at least legal status. Apparently, neither she nor they has ever been too concerned about that before.
