positive? this is for you

it is positive what they did i am a marine and would have done the same that would be like you steeling power from the gas and electric company or cable from the cable company besides its only one cable its not gonna power the whole town weve built schools and other usfull building if they want somin im sure we would do it over time and have their people running a power plant for electricity but until then if we let one man steel power for elctricity then more will and we will be in a energy war with people who are for us why turn them against us over one little thing,......think about it before you write somin like that again

Positive???

whats positive, they are removing power from peoples homes, the irai people would have power if we hadn't invaded their country. let them take power who cares, why should our service men and women care? we are there to help not take more away from them, these people have suffered enough!

Can't say enough about how proud we are of our son who is in the 2/9 Weapons Company. He is only 19 years old with the rank of Cpl. The holidays are hard without our son but he is doing what he feels has to be done and that makes us even more proud of him. It was great to read about what they are actually doing overthere. God Bless the 2/9 and keep them strong and healthy so they can come home safe to be with their families and friends

Proud Marine Dad

God Bless and keep you Safe

I'm sure like many other marine moms and families we pray every hour of every day that our loved ones return home alive and well with their heads high for doing what their country has asked of them. I'm proud of my son who is a Sgt. with the 2/9, a combat vet of Irag and Afghanistan, and on his third tour. I'm proud of each and every one of the men and women serving in the armed forces who chose to defend the right of each and every human being to have the promises of a better tomorrow. God Bless you all for doing a job so many refuse in the face of fear and ignorance. Siempre Fi

Sargeant Wood and the 2/9 weapons company

My son is a Cpl in the 2/9 weapons company under the command of Sgt. Wood. I can't tell you how highly my son speaks of Sgt. Wood. God Bless him, his family and all of our troops there.

My personal hero, D'art

Thank you for your courage and dedication. Your dogtag(thanks Mom+J) hangs next to my heart every day. Each time I hear the chain jingle or feel the tag move beneath my shirt, my chest swells with pride and I bite my cheek to push the lump back down my throat. I thank God for blessing me a Brother-in-Law like you D'Art. A man whose God and country come before his own needs and wants. Even one many of us take for granted, hugging a loved one. You honor your God, country, Wife, family, and friends every day. God created you to change, touch, protect, and inspire the people in your life D'Art. I can't thank you enough for letting me, be one of those people.

With all my heart,

Tom Haag(your little brother-in-law)
