terrorists? or cowards?. first one must look at the terrorist structure? this is no quasi military force like the IRA or Red Army Brigade. this is a military fighting force, complete with rank and structure. they fight like cowards, but still are a military type force. fighting a military force with only the police or cia spooks will not work! we have way too many armchair military analysts, who the closest they will come to a military fight is on their x-box. have you seen a 9/11 style attack since the coward clinton left office? no! know why? because they are too busy dying at the hands of us and coalition military! very simple, we kill them there, or we fight them here. bus is doing exactly what al qaeda feared! that is why they are out of iraq like rats off a sinking ship. the next step. corner them in afghanistan and send them to allah!. semper fi! death to the insurgents!

Judeofascist Israel, being of negative net military and economic value to America, England, France, Russia, and China risks surprise retaliatory nuclear annihilation by Russia and China, if it initiates total war on any of its wealthy Middle Eastern neighbors, such as Iran, who are immensely valuable for their cultural contributions and great wealth in oil. And, by popular agreement of the United Nations of the World, the World would be happier and safer with Israel transformed into star dust in Holocaust III.

Israel’s net negative value is derived from its arsenal of 150 nuclear missiles, and notorious Marxist practice of systematically inciting people to hate and kill one another, nationally and inter-nationally, over cunningly fabricated irreconcilable economic or religious differences. Familiar historical examples are the catastrophically disastrous Russian, German, and Spanish Marxist revolutions; and most recently, the American unprovoked illegal bombing and occupation of Iraq, which sacrificed over a trillion dollars and 4,000 lives for the sole benefit of Israel.

Now, Israel and its supporting Diaspora are notoriously engaged in fanatically desperate propaganda efforts to provoke total war between the patriotic Christian American and Muslim Iranian peoples. But they are failing to incite enough fear and hatred to start a war, because of increasingly popular recognition that they are the common enemy of Iran and these nuclear superpowers.

The Israeli People, from their long exposure to European democratic and Christian culture, know perfectly well the moral and ethical rules that they must inevitably follow to secure their own survival. Every injustice that they have committed against their neighbors, in killing innocent civilians and robbing them of their infrastructure and land, must be fully addressed with apologies and monetary compensation. All of the incessant wailing, ranting, propaganda, extortion, and bribery by the universally condemned People of Israel are to no avail. Inevitably, Nemesis shall have her just retribution upon Israel, dead or alive.

This article repeats what many have said for years - our "war on terror" is focused on the wrong people in the wrong country, and has had the effect of invigorating radical opposition throughout the Muslim world. If McCain wins, this insanity will continue for at least four more years.

Norm of NC - whatever you are smoking please pass it along. I kinda like your version of history - though it seems to belong to another universe. The last successful - pro-acitivist president I can think of is Teddy Roosevelt - and even he was a master diplomat - (tread softly - carry a big stick etc.). His victories were quick and decisive, because he never chose the wrong wars. Bombing every country on North African coast (whenever that had happened - if at all) might have been successful when those countries were uniformly technologically backward by 200 years. Here you are fighting terrorists who were trained and armed less than 30 years ago in tactics and psychological warfare by the elite intelligence agencies of the world (CIA, KGB etc.) - the difference being they are being used against us now. Additionally, don't forget that America is addicted to oil (the only notable epiphany coming out of the present administration). Like any addiction - it is the one very soft spot that terrorists will continue to exploit. To defeat them just militarily is like playing a very expensive game of whack-many-moles, as we are doing now. Also - about that addiction - getting over that is the one real challenge that we are facing, and that is the war that needs to be won. That is where American innovation and ingenuity can show a resurgence of true leadership.

To put it crudely, Al Qaeda has learned what we fear most from listening to our free associative babble , observing our reactions to challenges (real & head fakes alike), then trolling for a diverse group of misfits that could be conned into starting a franchised McDs'meets Murder Inc. that morphs before we respond.In order to anticipate what they will do next,as in chess,switch perspectives .What got our attention ,in their plan ,remains incomplete -the "rest of the story", is largely a head game(ours & theirs)but not solely .The challenges are many. THEIR worst nightmare is the U.S. NOT becoming a police state while defeating them in all theatres .McCains' best man (V.P.)is Defense Secretary Robert Gates .I share their belief that we as a People,a Nation ,and a Concept will prevail & trust them to lead the way

The many headed Hydra that is AlQuaeda

Defeating a many headed monster which is fueled by a vitrolic rhetoric which the west is never allowed to see until it exposes itself will be a gargantuan task indeed! How do you get intel when you are not allowed inside the places where it is being spewed? How do you follow a money trail which goes thru mostly non democratic countries where you will not be allowed real access to bank records and state records. How do you perform surveillance in these places and how do you get your message across to the people who live in these countries, unfortunately it narrows the playing field down to military responses to their violent agenda's and since free rein in any foreign country is limited at best no matter where it is how do you effectively combat such a monstrous ideaology. The real fight must come from within, but how to get the message to the people who can best use it!
