Obama worst???

Wow. Already someone wants to make such an ignorant statement as, "Obama has never seen a white baby he didn't wish died in the womb. In fact, if they survive abortion, he is all for stabbing them in the head to finish them off." I truly pity your absolute ignorance. And NO ONE who won an American election could ever make me wish for W. Bush to return to office.

You may want to check your facts before you say Obama has had ANY influence on inflation. Do you have any idea how much Iraq and Afghanistan cost??? Obama is trying to dig us out of the hole that was already there when he was sworn in.

What votes did he cast that make him a baby killer?? You sound like a real wacko when you make such a statement.

Remember, "Iraq has weapons of mass destruction, period." Then a few months later, "we never said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction." Oops.

Obama is on the way!!!

Bush may bge judged lousy, but after a little more of Obama, we'll all be begging for W to come back.

Obama threw 1 trillion away and devalued our currency so far I can use it for toilet paper.

He has done nothing about the communist takeover of south america (because Chavez is his buddy).

His cap and trade will likely destroy whats left of our industrial base. His socialization of medicine will lead us into oblivion.

Obama has never seen a white baby he didn't wish died in the womb. In fact, if they survive abortion, he is all for stabbing them in the head to finish them off. Just look at his votes in the Illinois Senate.

Did I metion he is a Chicago machine crook?

Your list of 11 presidents (and Bush) are all Saints compared to the new clown in the White House. Obama, the worst American president in history.

Bush 43

I think it is irresponsible for historians to rank Bush so quickly. They of all people should understand that just because his presidency is over, that his legacy is likely to change as we go forward and take on new things. We'll likely need to wait another 5-10 years to make a responsible judgment on the Bush Administrations policies, especially foreign.

I think he'll end up being a fairly mediocre President.

"Dubya" absolutely one of the worst

Obviously I wasn't around for most of the presidencies in this country, but I have a hard time believing that "Dubya" can rank much above the bottom of the list. Personally, to give him the benefit of the doubt (which he really doesn't deserve) I'd rank him somewhere around 40th. But it wouldn't surprise me in the least to someday find out that he ranks as the absolute worst of all Presidents this fine country has ever had.

Worst Presidents

Clinton should be on this list. If it wasn't for his administration 9/11/2001 would have been just another day. He weakened the ability of both the FBI and the CIA. Not to mention the deterioration of our military. If it wasn't for him ACORN and the ACLU would not have had the power to force the banking system to approve mortgages that people could not repay.

What moron assembled this list?

Saying that some poor schmuck who died 32 days into office was a worse president than W., who steered us into the worst economic disaster since the Great Depression and who led us into a senseless war where 4,297+ American mothers lost their children and between 100,000-655,000 Iraqis have died (depending upon whose propaganda you believe)--well this just shows how biased and irrelevant US World Report has become. William Henry Harrison was a man who served his country for many years in many capacities. Thank you for maligning him.

Inerersting Post

Nixon was not even close to our worst, he had to handle the countries huge change in civil rights, and had to take it slowly. The country was not ready for an immediate change,or should I say, the South was not ready for an immediate change, he opened up China, he fought off the Red Menace in the Cold War part of that was Viet Nam (some things have to be done, regardless of whether or not you started them, and he, as well as we, did not, nor Korea). FDR, and his socialism, was needed, we were in the midst of a drought, and half our populace were farmers at the time, we needed help, he as well as the young men in the Armed Forces at the time, won WWII, if I have to go into detail I will, created the OSS/CIA, and in my opinion was our best Pres. Second, Abe, though he should have said the hell with the South, asked Canada if they would like to join us, and let those rascist arses seceed. Jimmy Carter, a smart person, lacked spine, if he was a 40 year old man now, I would think he would be fantastic at running the Red Cross, but never a country, poor foreign relations, cowtowed to all, and his National iniciatives were poor. We have to wait on GW II, for at least 15 years, and up to 20. He doesn't look good currently, lets see what happens in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as terrorism. He handled that part better than Clinton, whom would throw a few cruise missiles at them after they left the country.

Worst Presidents

There is no question that Jimmie Carter was the worst President of the 20th century. Richard Nixon was far from the worst. He was the victim of the hetred of the media and the stupidity of Watergate. FDR was hardly one of our best presidents as he started the contry toward the socialistic form of government which is so popular today. This system rewards people for being careless or unproductive and penalizes those who contribute the most to our society. There seems to be a hatred or, at least a distrust, of our free enterprize system by our media, movie and television industry as most vellians can be assumed to be an offiecer of a large corporation.
