China not wanting to cap GHG emissions

For many industries, China practices cheap labour prices and because of that they have powered themselves at a point where we can't have local products price competitive, even after transportation of their products onto America's soil.

We will have to cut our own GHG emissions, it's okay, but not to the end of not being able to win our own lives because no work available. With no work available, there will be only some schemes:

1- No money, no candy. We won't be able to purchase any goods or services, even from China. Then, China will pursue its economical difficulties because unable to reopen their closed facilities. World economical crisis will continue over decades.

2- If we continue to work,this will be because of institution of fees for out of America's soil goods. No importation will create jobs, but prices will increase for all Americans. Inflation will be at our doors and what will happen after? Still economic crisis for decades.

3- We trick artificially global economy by entering in a deflation process. Salaries will decrease and even consumption. Job will be lost all around the planet.

So which is the solution at the end to protect Americans for pollution leakage and Chinese from economic stagnation or even decrease? It seeme that it is still on negociation aiming to do both.

Global warming

Simple,Stop consuming the products of the country in question.If we live within are borders,this country would be prosperous.The pursuit of China;China can do anything it wants.How much money do we owe them,anything we buy in this country,comes from that region.So to me this is like beating a dead horse:health care to me also falls under that catagory.

Global Warming

Mr. Sosa makes some valid points, though laying the blame on Obama is kind of dumb. Screaming "Drill, Baby, Drill" and occasionally barely acknowledging the existence of nuclear energy was hardly the way to get America on the right track during the Bush years. The Democrats are more guilty than the Republicans, but the Republicans just wasted 8 years pushing oil and failing to educate America on the importance of nuclear energy whether man-made CO2 is a problem or not.

Accountability and Responsibility

The Chinese Government is grossly out of step with the current situation. The issues of 'rich and poor', 'historical cleanup share', and 'other pollutants' are distractions. They exist becuase the Chinese Government is in denial about the nature and seriousness of the problem. The bottom line is the Chinese Government are going to stonewall their obligations to their global customers. GHG levels continue to increase. There are at least three serious consequences - reduced cooling; ocean acidification; and regional ecological disruption. Lame comments about the evils of 'cap n trade' and US business closing up ... come from the people you brought you the toxic assets of America fan club.

A hoax

No patriotic and informed American can support the global warming/cap and trade scam, more fraudulent than any Nigerian scam.

Cap and trade represents huge taxes and cost increases, which will hurt mostly the poor and the middle class. Cap and trade will give dictatorial powers to Obama and will further enrich his billionaire friends (Gore, Soros, Goldman Sachs, Obama’s Chicago Climate Exchange friends, GE, etc.) -- all at our expense and at the expense of our children and grandchildren.

It would significantly increase taxes and the cost of energy, forcing many companies to close, thus increasing unemployment, poverty and dependence.

Those brainwashed to the point of wanting to destroy the economy to "prevent global warming" are behaving like the most primitive human beings who were duped into believing that human sacrifices would ensure them good weather. Human beings don't have the power to control climate! And killing the economy will not help the environment. Poor countries can’t protect the environment. Just look at Haiti!

More and more scientists and thinking people all over the world are realizing that man-made global warming is a hoax that threatens our future and the future of our children. More than 700 international scientists dissent over man-made global warming claims. We pray that honest leaders – both Democrat and Republican - are able to save us from Obama's criminal global warming/cap-and-trade scam.

Pelosi takes the global warming hoax to China

Rather than defending human rights in China, Pelosi goes there, spending our money, to promote the man-made global warming hoax. Of course, the Chinese will say whatever needed to get Americans to believe the hoax. They, on the other hand, will produce all the CO2 they want. They are not "dumbed down" as many Americans seem to be.

If Americans swallow the global warming/cap and trade hoax, all the remaining U.S. companies will have to close or move to China!
