What we need to do during hard times

Please let us know what sacrifices we need to make to help the economic situation and what changes to our live style we need to make in our help with the enviorment. How about all who can sending in a dollar a month or better a ck for $12.00 to the US Tresury. Turn off the water when burshing your teeth or washing dish when you don't need the water on, plan a route for your shopping so you save gas... If you ask for our help AND make corporations to be responsible and give them loans vs bailouts people willl be more willing to help. It is hard to hear that that people who have not been responsible are getting help and those of us that pay off our credit cards and morgages each month are getting no breaks. I remember as a child during WWII we had victory gardens, flags in the windows for a son at war or had died, scrap metal drives at out schools, rationing... We were all in it together! Then you need to have communities, die hard Repiblicsns, and nay sayers to believe if we all do what is Best For America intead of what is best for our own interest we can move this country forward. It is a shame we have people on the radio like Rush on the right and others on the left polorizing out country. Wishing you the strength, heart, and God's blessings for the job ahead of you. Sorry for all the spelling.
