10/5/08 Democratic National Committee steps in to silence Obama birth certificate lawsuit. Democrat suing his own party says it's "like they're in cahoots."

The man suing Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party -- rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks -- would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.

Prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.

Berg said that the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away -- instead of just providing the documents -- the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

"Look what they're doing to Governor Palin: They're opening up her closet doors, they're going through everything personal, but no one has ever gone after Obama. It doesn't make sense," Berg said.

"I've been on about 50 radio shows around the country," Berg said, "and on every one I've put out a challenge: Barack Obama, if I'm wrong, just come forth with certified copies of these documents and I'll close down the case."

Berg said, "I've had 19 million hits on my website. …Those people talk to other people, now we're up to 20, 30, 40 million people who are aware of this controversy, and it's going to drastically affect the entire election."

When asked what he would do if the DNC succeeded in getting his case dismissed, Berg said he would "immediately file an appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and if we don't get a fair ruling there, immediately to the U.S. Supreme Court."

"We're dealing with the U.S. Constitution and it must be followed," Berg explained. "I want the Constitution enforced; that's my main reason for doing this.

"The real outrage is that there's nothing in our system that provides that a candidate must provide that his qualifications are true and correct before he or she runs, and that safeguard should be put into our system by law," Berg said.

An auditor for the Federal Election Commission is attempting to have his bosses seek a formal investigation into the collection by the Obama for President campaign of more than $200 million in potentially illegal political donations, including millions of dollars of illegal, foreign donations, and has sought a request for assistance from the Department of Justice or Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Obama says sub prime mortgages are a good idea! (03:26)

After the Sub Prime Crisis already started in 2007, Obama said that sub prime mortgages that gave houses to people who couldn't afford them was a good idea.

He's believed this since 1995, when Obama and his fellow attorneys charged that Citibank was making too few loans to black applicants and won the case that began the whole thing.

Obama says he's against reparations, but he's for every other type of race-based giveaway on the planet, including giving $840 billion to the United Nations to end poverty in Africa.

10/4/08 The lawsuit, filed by Philip Berg in federal court has taken a bizarre and disturbing twist. Rather than just producing a birth certificate proving his eligibility for the office of POTUS, Obama has filed a motion to dismiss.

Of the 1,143,358 resident and active attorneys in the United States, Obama selected Joe Sandler, of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young to represent him in this filing.

Sandler is the legal hit-man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Sandler's role for CAIR has been to intimidate people who dare to expose the goals and actions of Islamofascists. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.

The question is, why would a guy who wants to assume the role of Commander-in-Chief select a lawyer with terrorist connections to represent him in a law suit?

This is just another of those "guilt by associations" that Obama dismisses as a "distraction" and the mainstream media chooses to ignore.

10/3/08 Four Weathermen terrorists declare support for Obama, calling for "grassroots effort" to help boost campaign.

The names of four former top leaders of the Weathermen terrorist organization are listed as signatories on an online petition calling for an "independent grassroots effort" to help strengthen Obama's campaign.

The petition was initiated by Progressives for Obama, an independent organization acting to ensure the Illinois senator's election.

Among the names signed onto the petition are former Weathermen leaders Howard Machtinger, Jeff Jones, Steve Tappis and Mark Rudd.

Machtinger was a Weathermen founder and was co-author of the terror group's original mission statement, which called for "revolutionaries within the United States to wage a 'people's war' and attack from within. The government would fall and 'world communism' eventually would be instituted."

Jones, according to his own website, was "elected, along with (Weathermen terrorist) Bill Ayers and Mark Rudd, to the SDS national office. Then, in the spring of 1970, he disappeared. As a leader of the Weather Underground, Jeff evaded an intense FBI manhunt for more than a decade. In 1981, they finally got him. Twenty special agents battered down the door of the Bronx apartment where he was living with his wife and four-year-old son."

Tappis was one of 11 people who signed the original Weathermen statement, which was infamously titled, "You Don't Need a Weatherman to Know Which Way the Wind Blows."

Rudd, a petition supporter as well as a main signatory to the Progressives for Obama group, was one of the main founders of the Weathermen terrorist organization. A biography published on his website explains Rudd worked to form the Weathermen as a radical alternative to the SDS and for white Americans to eject their "white skin privilege" and begin "armed struggle" against the U.S. government.

Why I vote Republican

I was raised to believe in the Democratic party and voted that way for years - Until I voted twice for Bill Clinton and was for the first time in my life ashamed of the president. He couldn't keep it in his pants long enough to capture Bin Laden (offered THREE time to him) He put pressure on banks to offer sub-prime loans and now Bush is getting all the blame for the tank Clinton put us in.

No - I don't trust the Democrats any more; I do what obviously not enough of these writers do. I look at the past and probable future of each candidate and every time since Clinton's debacle a Republican has been my choice. Check your facts - don't just read what they tell you. Use your mind and get the facts for yourself. You won't find them on liberal news or web sites. Sometimes it takes a little time but the truth will out.

What soured me about Obama before I even knew much about him is his views on partial abortion and what to do with the babies that survive that. Check out what he wanted to do with those little babies when they come out clenching their little fists and kicking their little legs. trying hard to breath- He wanted them left to lay in a bed unattended until they died. Check the facts, you don't have to take my word for it. But think for yourselves - the information is out there if you look.

Barack Obama the anti-Christ huh? Here's a thought, if you really believe in that small, relatively new interpretation of the Holy Scriptures, then you will stop worrying about Obama being the so-called anti-Christ. Why? Because if it is already PRE-DETERMINED, then there is NOTHING you can do about it. So, if God's determined 2,000 years ago that the world would end with Barack Obama and then had John the Revelator write about it...there's nothing you, I, or any electorate can do by that logic, now, is there? If you truly believed in the Holy Scriptures, you would "stop worrying about tomorrow" (Mt.6), vote your conscience, and trust God for all things in this life and the life to come.

There's a lot of ways to show how that relatively new (150 yrs old) theory of the end times in not biblical, but that's not the point here. The point is that if its been decided already by God, your vote doesn't matter. And if you trusted God, you'd realize your hope is not in politics or nations, but in Jesus. Fall of an American Hero

What a difference a few weeks makes. The John McCain I would have voted for, the man who struggled to free our government from captivity to entrenched interests, is gone. He has been replaced by an angy man filled with hate, who in his hate seems unaware of the crisis gripping our country. Even if the old John McCain returns, I could no longer vote for him, as his running mate is not proving worthy of any office, much less the Presidency.

The Republican presidential nominee has said little about the proposed cuts, but they are needed to keep his health-care plan "budget neutral," as he has promised. The McCain campaign hasn't given a specific figure for the cuts, but didn't dispute the analysts' estimate.

Furthermore McCain's plan will tax employee health care benefits, deregulate the insurance industry guaranteeing that only wealthy and health people can get coverage.

candidate of "change" was Jimmy Carter and we all know how that

Oh and by the way, his economic spending plan won't work unless
