Ridiculous

Pro-gun, support Obama? Ridiculous! Obama says guns like my shotgun should be illegal just because it has a stock that can change lengths (it's adjustable for people of differing heights). Most "Assault Weapon" features have to do with ergonomics, not the power of the weapon. Why would I vote for someone who's so irrationally afraid of ergonomics/modern firerarms?

It has been enacted into law in Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, and Maryland. These states have 50 (19%) of the 270 electoral votes needed to bring this legislation into effect.
