Foreign Policy Discourse Not So Important

Focus on USA. Focus on USA. Focus on USA. If USA is not intellectually and economically leading the world, nobody will pay any respect to USA. When a lion (King of the Jungle) is weak, even little monkey can challenge him to a fight! This is back to basics. Rediscover USA's basic strengths. Let us rebuild its strengths - which are in plain decline. India and China are leading the way right now because their middle classes still value HARD and SINCERE Work. We need downright commonsense in this country - Historically that is what made us Superpower. Let us bring back respect for sincere, hard working people. They are the real Heroes. Any politician who can reawaken this Sleeping Tiger deserves to win.

It is Economy Stupid

Economy, Economy, Economy. McCain vs Obama! It is Economy that will decide who will win. No rhetoric, no poor speech will have any impact. Even a dumb and deaf guy can win if he/she has a policy that adds up.

Mccain

Mccain should win.

Credible Energy Policy Blueprint Needed for Obama to win

Historically speaking, Obama is in a great danger of losing this election because of his lead over McCain is just 4 points. The republicans have staged comebacks of as many as 20 points between July and November to defeat Democrats. Obama has to supplement his general rhetoric by details on what he is going to do accomplish. The battle royal with no holds barred is just about to begin. Runaway oil prices are adversely impacting an average person's wallet - people will have less consumption, default on mortgages, economy will enter into recession, people will lose jobs etc. A credible energy policy, dealing with both short-term impact as well as long-term solution has to be laid out. All ideology needs to be thrown out of the window - all available options need to be exercised. If Obama can not do that, I can not see him winning. It is the economy stupid! Remember Senior George Bush - he lost re-election - going down from 70% popularity rating after successful 1st Iraq War to 30% in popular vote when he lost out to Bill Clinton. Why? Because, Bill Clinton had a razor focus on economy - with all details he could fill in - and the economy had become top issue then. The slumping economy is the top issue again. It has to be faced upfront - a la Nixon and Clinton.

Obama and History vs McCain

I think by that singular act of choosing obama, as a likely nominee for democrat by the Americans against Mrs Clinton, the Amercans are now trying to buried their differences in terms of race and colour. The democrat should do every thing possible to see that they unified their party and defeat the republicans- most especially McBush policy that is turning the whole world into a theatre of war.We dont like wars. What we want is food on our table, affordable fuel price and a booming economy, which only Obama can give.McCain is a war monger, period.

those real person we want

i think Bill Richardson is among the real people,we will consider also the the daughter of JF Kenedy, those are the people we want and if Obama look and see he will have a problem of voting in that case we have to consider Hilary, this all what i may say.

Ideas sharing

To make a history for a black or lady president for United States of America, were

read in the Philippine newspaper. Towards this end, I cannot comment on the expertise of Barrack Obama, for he may excel competence when elected. But to win, as observed, Hillary Clinton if be chosen as her running mate, will help in the general election. A woman at that, he had lots of sympathizers, for which herself being place in the ticket, will make their voters believe their both intent and purpose, to uplift America, for whatever change they will have to introduce. McCain

can be acknowledged as a person worth also, however, coming to general election ,voters will be given their definite choice. If Democrats want to have a president from their party, let it be, both be united in the ticket, i mean Hillary ,be the top 2, it will make the party strong. Contributed by: Emmie N. GET OVER IT FOLKS

HILLARY HAS LOST,AND THATS ,THAT---OK.STOP CRYING OVER SPILLED MILK.ONCE WATER GOES UNDER THE BRIDGE YOU CANT GET IT BACK.BARACKS TIME HAS COMEAND YOU NEED TO GET ON THE TRAIN.YOUR CANIDATE LOST AND SHE LOST BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE THE BEST STRATEGY.WELL FOLKS IT IS HIGH TIME FOR YOU--ALL TO COME OVER TO OUR SIDE,THE WINNING SIDE.CHOW--LOVE YALL.

NOT HILLARY---BUT BILL,

BILL RICHARDSON SHOULD BE BARACKS RUNNING MATE.HE HAS THE EXPERIENCEAND JUDGMENT TO BE A GREAT RUNNING MATE FOR BARACK.HILLARY IS OUT ,BECAUSE SHE PUT HERSELF OUT.SHE DESTROYED HER OWN CHANCE WHEN SHE OFFERED THE NUMBER TWO SPOT TO BARACK.THAT IS THE BIGGEST ERROR SHE WILL MAKE IN HER ENTIRE LIFE,IT ANIHILATED HER CHANCES OF BECOMMING THE V.P. FOREVER.SO ALL I CAN SAY IS CHILL,THE V.P. HAS TO BE BILL---BILL RICHARDSON THAT IS.CHOW-BYE,BYE.

Hillary for president

Hillary was clearly passed over by the system that the democrat big wigs put in place to ensure that their choice was picked. They , a few of them, were jealous of he clintons and chose barrack because they could control him. I hope they don't blame Hillary when Barrack loses as I expect he probably will.

Not because of race, but McCain has the experience. To say that experience doesn't count the way they did in the democratic primaries against the clintons is a joke. I plan to vote for McCain. He clearly is ready to lead on day one!

Also, I am disappointed in the way that Barrack has dodged the town hall meetings that McCain has been calling for. With the problems that we have, they she be debating every week so that we can really see who is really ready and well informed!

I don't think being president is something that you do, just because you can do it. You should have experience. And Barrack has none. This is the most powerful job in the world, and you want to give it to a novice? I don't think so!

Hillary, can just sit back and wait. November 6th or so, she will know that she will be President in 4 years. I believe McCain will defeat Barrack! You can't still from someone like they did Hillary, and be successful.

When he loses, though, I hope they don't try to blame Hillary. She is making herself available for anything to help him. If he doesn't pick her, then, don't whine, when he loses! I think he will lose either way.

Richardson is a loser, edwards, kennedy, and kerry. All losers! They are bitter old guys who needs to go home!

Edwards is cheap. Hillary put her milllions in her belief, Edwards no t dime!
