You definitely deserves to be on the list. Lance is a beast, and I hope he turns it on again for this year's Tour. Here is an interesting article on why Lance may have decided to come back into cycling:

LIVESTRONG

Smart, fun, honest, and optimistic are definitely traits of the fine staff of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. I believe they can accomplish anything they choose.
