Since the economic inclination, going back to school and learning more or keeping still in school is a good idea for the losers. I agree on it. Encouraged knowledge make the one more competitive for the future tasks.

Its amazing to see how all the other states have the funding for the unemployed to return back to school except for the state of new york. You think the people in new york will have a chance?
