Fed up taxpayer

Good, I hope the GOP finally grows a pair and stops or at least mitigates what would be another wasteful spending spree with $$ we do not have. Yes, I know they botched it while Junior was in office, but that's no reason to continue saddling our kids and grandkids with mountains of debt. If the liberals want to do this, let them do it by themselves -- and let the populace see how liberals botch government on the federal leval as they do on the municipal level.

Swhwartz -- you fvcking idiot

Gee a$$hole, where do you think the money is going to come from to fund such a project?

From yourself and every future generation. The government will have to borrow from existing taxpayers as well as those not even born yet to pay for this neo-version of welfare.

And what do you think got this country here in the first place? Borrowing and spending more than you can afford to pay back. Yes, the AMERICAN WAY is to borrow on credit and SPEND SPEND SPEND.

Good god, look beyond your rectal orifice before saying anything. That $hit is gonna land somewhere like your own dinner plate.

And to think, you probably get to vote --- EPIC FAILURE

Conservatives

The long held conservative view that tax cuts for the wealthy will trickle down to the working class in jobs has proven to be mostly a myth.

A massive reconstruction project would create real jobs in both construction and in manufacturing such as building materials and equipment.
