Republican Party of the budgetary fiasco, which has caused the financial markets world wide to falter and reel dangerously. I opine further that the budgetary fiasco was fueled by the inordinate amount of private sector involvement in the war, as contractors inflated invoices for all supplies and materials

and in many cases, failed to deliver on the full intent of the contract in question.
