You all have some valid points, but a lot of holes are not field just because of trying to make your point. Sara Flounders is very naive about Iran and its President. He has no role or executive power regarding Iran's nuclear program, that role goes to the Supreme Leader. But make no mistake, Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapon. Flounders's statement that the real threat comes from the US is typical left wing rhetoric. I wonder what she would think of Ahmadinejad if she knew about his background with Iran's Revolutionary Guard, the all-powerful organization that directly supports terrorism abroad and, when considered necessary, brutally suppresses Iranian dissidents. If she were Iranian and critizing Iran, she would be a target of the Revolutionary Guard and the MOIS, Iran's intelligence service.

Don't Underestimate the US
History is clogged with nations that underestimated the US and
its abilities, future and resolve, just as the leader of Iran is doing; so did Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Noriega, Khrushchev. It seems all the epitaphs for the demise the US always comes along when we are having difficulties but they pan out. The US
will survive this challenge as it has all others and many before it that were much more trying.

man! I clinging to my guns after reading these post. I estimate this is a major ESL readership or these guys have a 2nd grade education esp. in grammer. So let me get this straight. Our president is stupid, we attack for oil, Iran is full of good people who will not harm anyone and if I put my tooth under my pillow at night - in the morning I will find a silver dollar.
The USA has saved so many countries and help so many countries and we are hated and dispised all over the world. So why is everyone trying to come to the USA for the education, lifestyle, food, freedom.. ? I back my country and I say let the 3 rd world countries destroy and eat one another. We can't help them be what they do not want to be. When they ask for help then we will help. If Iran wants milatiant rulers so be it. If they think the USA or Isreal can't destroy the entire country in 4 days let them try.
