Obama: Too Green for the White House

Frankly, I'd rather have a testosterone-laden cowboy in the White House, provided he has the same sophisticated grasp of America's strategic interests as McCain, than a naive, inexperienced, serial equivocator who wallows in evasiveness(please don't call it "nuance"). Obama's first response to Russia's invasion of Georgia--asking Georgia, the victim, to show restraint and referring the matter to the United Nations where Russia has veto power, was enough to convince me that this is not the man we want answering that 3:00 am phone call. The job is, indeed, above his pay grade. As for a FAIR campaign and election, the way the Democratic party leaders subverted the primary process and threw the more qualified candidate under their glam rock star's bus was egregious. The media swoon over a newbie one year out of the state Senate is scary. Who cares if he's black? What matters is that he's too green for the White House. For me, Obama is the cool guy you date. McCain is the solid guy you marry.

Some Americans really are stupid, just what did or could McCain or Obama do about the situation in Georgia. McCain did what Bush always does, talk with a swagger and big threats that they cannot follow through on. My fellow Americans are not paying attention to the history of this particular dirty little war Georgia was coaxed by McCain and Bush to invade Osettia as though they had a right to it and invoking their wrath. They also don't seem to realize that Bush's idea to put missles at Russia's door on Polish soil in also angering Russia just as we were angered during the Cuban Missle Crisis. Americans are too involved in their computer games, barbeques, SUVs, wet t-shirt contests and other trivia to even analyze what they are hearing. All they see is that Obama is black and that scares the bejesus out of them and they only see those silly dances that McCain does while he's singing "Bomb, Bomb Iran". He also married money, Obama had to come up the ranks to it. If Americans could get past their ridiculous fear of anything that isn't white and Christian and learn to value intelligence and real management skill then they would not put their faith in a man like McCain. One more thing, who the hell does Quinnipiac poll anyway? I'm a veteran, a tax payer, work hard for my money and no one has ever asked me what I think. So like George Bush I don't care about any focus groups or polls, the only thing that is really meaningful is if we have a FAIR campaign and election unlike the last two that were literally stolen the GOP and their lackeys, Russia has nothing on us at all. God knows what this country needs is a real leader and not another testosterone laden cowboy.

Support Obama

Well, always support Obama for the reasons as following

Obama is so sexy that I ever met many sexy girls on a great dating site

http://www.NaturistMeet.com

they all claimed that Obama is their lover in dream.

secondly, Obama is wealthly for his hard work

Where are the other 11 percent?

Who are the other 11 percent voting for?

I know I'm voting for Bob Barr, but where does the rest of the 1/8 of voters come in?

Yea, Cabbage is good..

..Real good. You can stew it, steam it, stuff it, season it, shred it,shrink wrap it and stow it, and buches of other things that don't begin with S. So if you live in a country where the leader if a small country sends troops against the friends of a bigger country and you can't get to the grocery store because the "big country's troops have dismantled the bridge, you can make soup. Well, ok, soup begins with "s" too. So does stupid, siding with, soldiers, suface level, snookered, subserviant, and silly simple situation.

So lets invade Russia?

I like Cabbage, hows about you guys?

Lets also not "vote in" a likely warmonger when we need to heal as a country. Maybe we should also vote in a guy who is more likely to put America above war profit. This would be Obama, he is right at the right time, and for all the racists, he's half White, so you've got no logical excuse unless you hate your own kind. You really couldn't have made a more ideal pres. than Obama with a German physicist, a 38 billion dollar budget, and two nuclear power plants at your disposal. I love how people find reasons to whine when perfection(as close as you can get to it in politics that is) is handed to you and you still find excuses to cast the pale old guy in the role better suited for strong dark guy, "just because".

Obama: It's the polls STUPID!

It's polls, focus groups and marketers that are determining what comes out of Obama's mouth. That's the reason for all the flip flops on Wright, Iraq, off-shore drilling etc. etc. .......

Essentially McCain is right when he says Obama chooses custom made policies for different segments of the electorate to get in power. Obama’s initial thrust came from the "grassroots" far far left Cindy Sheehans who were rabidly anti-Bush & anti-war (any war). It was a very appealing message for "cool" anti-authoritarian college students looking to recreate their own "60s". That message plus his celebrity appeal bowled over left leaning Hollywood, the entire entertainment industry and many in the mainstream media and of course Oprah, who catapulted Obama to Rock Start Status. Of course, he changed his anti-war position and became pro-war in Afghanistan to show his commander-in-chiefness for the Jane & Joe America sitting in his focus groups.

More and more American's are not buying Obama’s disingenuous positions of the day. Life is way too dangerous in the 21st century. Our country is in the middle of 3 wars (Iraq-Afghanistan-terror) Iran is going nuclear and Europe is under the ballistic missiles of Putin’s neo-Soviets. Such a situation cannot be trusted to ANY junior 1st term senator let alone a standard operating politician who got his experience being a "community organizer" and cog in the Chicago Poliitical Machine.

Georgians are helping McCain

Indeed they are, much like Osama bin Laden helped Bush in 04. But McCain does not need help. All he needs to do is continue to be a white, heterosexual, cancer-free guy, that is all. It does not matter that he is short and not very good looking (looks, especially hight and hair, used to be very important in the old times - not now when the alternative is what it is). Obama (not Osama) will not turn white anytime soon, and whites won't become sophisticated thinkers in three months.

Domestic beer will go on selling well, NASCAR will continue to be popular, churches will go on being full on Sundays, TV will continue to be the main source of learning for most, and white guys who pound on their chests the most while vociferating slogans with jungle-inspired masculinity will continue to win elections.

If you want change, come back in the XXII century, when China and India rule (assuming everyone behaves and continues on the current path) the world and the US supplies them with cheap labor.

Georgia

Get real! For Godssakes I cannot believe first that our own "buffoon of the new millenium could with a straight face "claim that barging in" was appalling to him.

We don't have either the resources or the man/woman power to intervene militarily and can someone get that absurd cat's paw, Condi Rice to shut up.

Who do these people think they are...they have created an impossible mess and others more politically and militarily astute have decided to ignore us as we don't have a moral leg to stand upon. Obviously no one in Bush's lame duck cabinet has even the remotest grasp on reality. What happened to Bush checking out Putin's eyes?

Definitely what we don't need is another Republic bully-pulpit ignoramus in the White House for another 4 years.

McCain's freelancing in Georgia will backfire

Georgia thought they were getting military backing for their provocation against Russia, by paying lobbying $$$ to the McCain Campaign. "We are all Georgians" is a joke according to Saakashvili afterwards. This freelancing of McCain and Rove to start a new war will backfire! The US cannot afford the billions McCain is lobbying for Georgia, and frankly the US cannot afford another knucklehead NeoCon.
