Just feed the hungry

It's wonderful to read the various opinions, comments etc. The more complicated and difficult we make it, the more intelligent we project ourselves.

Just feed the hungry! it is that simple, today. More so in our society than ever before, what we seem to lack is the humility to shed our pride and ask God for wisdom.

We find praying to God for protection, strength and comfort after 9/11 was a immediate and passionate national effort that people of all beliefs, ethnicities, cultures joined in beseeching God, The Creator of Heaven and Earth for this help.

How much more is His desire for us to do the same for the hungry.

This is just a thought !

Food Crisis

Please do not buy food for aid from other countries. Our ranchers and farmers are struggling to exist with the cost of fuel, fertilizers, seed and chemicals. I have contact with farming and ranchers for 73 years. They provide the best food that can be produced in the world. They feed more people than any other nation is the world. Yet, they are suffering.

Also, a transportation problem must be developed.

Food Crisis

Did I hear that 50 % of the food money is spent on transportation....Well does it not make good sense to duo your task and help two birds with one effort. The gas pricing needs to be looked at at the same level of importance as food.If while administration is bombarded themselves with ways to advert the food crisis ----- lowering of the gas pricing would bring transportation cost down while creating somewhat of a cushion until the real solution can be found.

Rather than create a crisis create a slow journey that has an emmediate affect on both.I even think that this would get some people exited about a new approach to America helping others along with themselves.Just a fresh thing to think about.I am sure this has already been thrown into your ring.Simple but satifies more than one issue......
