South America

Its based on the Best Universities in The World, obviously South American Universities did not Rank in this category. Hello!!! What are you thinking?

It's interesting to see that in the list of "Locations", South America is not even listed. I don't think it should be called "World's" Best Universities if only certain locations are taken into consideration. What a joke.
