The financial aid system in this country has been broken for a decade or more. Bush and the GOP congress did nothing about it. Then Pelosi came in 2006 and said fixing financial aid was part of her first 100 days publicity stunt, and did nothing in the end. So now the feds are "urging" colleges to give more to the middle class.

Is this where Obama starts firing college presidents?
