how hard can this be to do a search? I am paying for nothing so far....get this running or I will get my money back.
garbage
big mistake to buy this when i could get it for free
HORRIBLE
This site is the worst I have ever seen. I am calling American Express to get my money back. It simply was a waste of time. Shame on whomever designed this site. I have purchased this in the past for undergraduate and it was very useful. For graduate I am amazed how bad it is.
Terrible Website !!
Terrible Website !!
Can't find the "Log In" or "Log Out"
All the effort is spent on fancy adds.
The web designers forget about making a usefull site.
Blah...
cant access anything useful. Waste !
log in
Where is the log in? Talk about bad navigation!!
Navigation
I completely agree that the navigation should be improved a lot.

Online Edition has major problems
The College Comparison feature does not work.
Navigation is simply awful. You cant get back to Saved Colleges easily.
Dont see what the extra features are for the money.
Navigation and Info
Navigation is poorly designed—clumsy and obscure. Can't find "My Colleges" after making list. Keeps leaving Premium when I move to other pages within Premium Online Edition, forcing me to log in repeatedly. Even though the common data sets of colleges (available on the web) include info for Critical Reading, Math, and Writing, the US News Rankings lists give only Verbal, which doesn't exist anymore, and Math—confusing and annoying.
