Premium Edition not working
I am having real problems with the premium edition Please fix it. The cost was too much to be constantly bumped out.
Found the college search (http://premium.usnews.com/college/search)
This is the first time I've used U.S. News Premium Online Edition, so pardon me if what I'm about to say is irrelevant, but I found what appears to be a college search. It gives the option to search by college category, name, location, majors, selectivity, acceptance rate, high school GPA, in-state and out-of-state cost, financial aid offered, student-faculty ratio, and undergraduate enrollment. Hopefully, this is what you're referring to. I'll admit it was obscure to find, and even then I had to manipulate the URL to get to the full version, but if you're logged in go to: http://premium.usnews.com/college/search and it will get you to that page.

I just sent an email off to the "contact us" (it's at the top right of the page) and asked them to check the comments on this service.
MAYBE someone will actually look and fix it? I'm not buying until I see comments that it's worth buying!

Most Financial Aid?
You advertised that premium online had list of colleges with most financial aid but I keep getting redirected to log-in page and once logged in, it is impossible to find this information.
Search & Utility
What's the point????
Can't find or compare colleges? Can't get beyond redirection to the same pages over and over again. And getting pretty sick of having to continually see Advertisements on a Psid site.
Absolutely do NOT recommend your Premium Online site. Blackboard, Princeton Review and other free sites are just as valuable, if not more.
And for those of us that NEED quality information NOW, your lack of responsiveness to paying customers is very disappointing.
