This site

With your wonderful command of the English language, please consider another field, an article like this just informs the public about the need for those to enter the field, not to describe the study of the subject. Nuclear engineers arent lazy, if you think you can write a report on nuclear engineering based on one article face reality you might be better suited to work for a waste management firm I heard they are hiring big time in Houston

this site!

yes. This site does not have even close to enough info for my report you guy's need to add alot more about nuclear engineering cause this site does not even pinch the amount of info i need for my 25 page report on nuclear engineering cause i need at least 10 pages of info for me to spread into a report tohelp me.

Response to Nuclear Technology Training Experts

In response to Dave Hickey's posting that he's interested in speaking to anyone involved in Nuclear Technology Training, he can contact members of the American Nuclear Society's Education and Training Division under Constituences at www.ans.org.

Smart job choise?

I knew a smart guy in the seventies that took up nuclear engineering. He ended up working on bombs and subs for the military because the commercial sector went belly up.

I predict it will go belly up again just as soon as someone manages to make a dirty bomb and the world realizes that guarding all that radio-active waste for 70,000 years is costly.

Nuclear Scheduling jobs.

To introduce myself, I have over 20 years of work experience in Project Controls and Construction in USA and abroad.

My responsibilities include managing and controlling schedule and costs on the project. As Project Controls Engineer/Manager I have to communicate and interact with all levels in the organization. I am able to work well independently, am self motivated and have the skills to supervise others. In addition, I possess the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple assignments.

My present job with Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. is due to expire next month September 2008, due to staffing reduction and low workload with PB at the San Francisco, CA. office.

I have experience doing scheduling work on Nuclear Steam Dryer fabrication and also on the design bidding process for the Entergy River Bend Station Unit 3 on scheduling update.

Presently I am out of work and am requesting wher is all thia Nuclear work where I can apply for scheduling functions.

Any help wil be appreciated.

Thanks and best regards.

Without mention

I'm a little disappointed they didn't talk about about the University I go to, Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri - Rolla and Missouri School of Mines), our school has had one of the oldest/longest running Nuclear Engineering programs, let alone in the midwest, no mention? Bummer :(
